A great celebration for a birthday! - We had a private driver picking us up at our aparthotel, Eduardo was on time, spoke fluent English, good driver that took us that and drove us back. The hot air balloon company was Genisis Fly, a small operator. We are family of 3, we were in the basket with 6 other people. It was a bit cramp than I expected. The ride was around 40 minutes, afterwards you get the option of purchasing the drone shots/videos. It was our daughter’s birthday so we got the video package.
Breakfast buffet was included in the package, it was a good spread of food. And a guided tour of the Teotihuacan archaeological site was also included, our guide Fernando was very knowledgeable and made the tour interesting. After the archaeological site we were brought to a small gift shop to sample mezcal and had a choice to purchase some souvenirs, and we did.
The trip started when the the driver picked us up at 5am, and ended around 11:00 when we got back to our apartment hotel. It was a perfect length for us. My family and I will recommend this tour.

Core memories made - This has got to be one of the best core memories I’ve ever made, from the amazing and friendly staff, the delicious food, and the immaculate experience as a whole!
Thank you so much to everyone we met, it was so lovely to learn about Mexican culture, eat real local food, and experience the hot air balloon at sunrise. 🖤

A Pixar Up meets Coco hot air balloon experience, unforgettable! - Patricia was an amazing tour guide. She elevated our trip with her extensive historical knowledge, humor, and kindness.
At one point of the tour, we realized we would have to switch guides due to rules at the temples and were sad she couldn’t join us.
If we ever have another opportunity to come back to CDMX, Patricia will be our first call. We will absolutely be sharing her information with friends so they can experience the Patricia CDMX effect.

What a magical experience - We had an absolutely incredible experience with Jaime and Adrián as our drivers. The sunrise balloon ride was magical, would absolutely say this is a must do activity whilst in and around Mexico City!

Patto is perfection! - It was our first time visiting this beautiful country so we booked through Stepping Mexico via a recommendation 🇲🇽 The booking process was seamless, it was very informative and they made sure to try and fit in what we wanted around the time we had. We ended up having SUCH an amazing trip, and was it all down to having Patricia (Patto) as our tour guide! We were lucky enough to be assigned Patto for both days of activites booked for our trip in Mexico City, and she made us feel comfortable and spoilt throughout. Her knowledge is INCREDIBLE and we felt her way of communicating that knowledge was incredibly engaging and fascinating, I so wish she was my teacher when I was in school! To top it off she was also very funny and kind, we are soooo sad to be leaving. We all feel as though we have made a friend for life, we can't wait to come back and book more trips with her! Patto is an incredible asset to this company, and we are so grateful she was part of our journey. Thank you Patto for making it so so awesome! ❤️

Fantastic day out! - We booked last minute to go and do the balloons and pyramids day, from the start Claudia was really helpful and didn’t mind speaking to me at 10pm. The pick up was at 5am and the from the start the guys were friendly helpful and informative. The balloon ride was amazing, breakfast was delicious and pyramids and museum we really interesting and well worth the visits.Jamie our driver was so informative telling us all about the history and then lots about Mexico City. I would definitely use him again.
