Must try - Carlos was great! He was nice and guided us through our first snorkeling experience, provided us with equipment and snacks. We saw a bunch of fish at the first beach I recommend!

Our tour guide Carlos was... - Our tour guide Carlos was great! He took us to see turtles, feed fish, and we saw a lion fish and sea cucumber!

Best Trip Ever - We had an amazing time ! Our instructor was very patient and helped thru the entire process! I would recommend this just because of him !!!!!

Snorkeling - I was a little scary at first. Japheth with his passionate energy made me feel safe after talking me through the tour with confidence to just relax and float. The experience was well worth the scare. Book all your tour needs with him.

Nicest / Funniest Tour Guide - Our tour guide Japheth was so much fun. Snorkeling near Condado was great, as there were lots of different fish we saw. At one point, my group got to pet a sea urchin :). Although the currents were strong, that did not hinder the experience. The second half of the tour provided bread to feed the fish and that was awesome. Water and snacks were provided too, as well as transportation which was SO helpful. 10/10 experience and I would definitely take another tour with Japheth and will recommend to others :)

L.O.E get away! - Carlos was the best. He catered to everyones needs. Was patient with us accommodate everyone. I would recommend him to anyone

Great day! - This was wonderful! It was just long enough and super relaxing. It was great to be picked up from our hotel, so transportation was super easy. Our guides were wonderful and extremely knowledgeable about the area. My only tip would be to have some time on the beach after finishing up, since this is a small and new beach to (I’m assuming) many tourists. Amazing time!

Just ok experience - The experience was just ok. Our guide was nice but I don't think he spoke much English. Nothing was really explained as far as using gear. We fed the fish bread that was fun. Then we snorkled around the public beach. Saw some beautiful fish. We went to another part of the same beach area and saw a couple turtles and that was it really. We could have bought masks and flippers ourselves and done the same thing had we known. Not a bad experience .

No Turtle Bay Today - The guide took us to a public beach we could have walked to and snorkeled from shore. When I asked how turtles could get in the shallow beach surrounded by rocks our guide said that was a different beach we wouldn't be going to. We had to wear life jackets although most of the pictures on the website did not show life jackets and not even the toddlers in the bay had them on. It was embarrasing. Totally not worth the money. We bought snorkels the next day at Walmart for $11 and went to the Turtle Bay on the other side of the bridge for free the rest of our trip sans life jackets and had a wonderful time frolicking with turtles. Our guide picked up a broken beer bottle out of the sand and told me it was Sea Glass that had been in the water for 2 whole weeks so it was now a treasure. It still had sharp edges. Although the website said it might sell out, there were 3 of us on the trip.

Never made it - We waited over an hour and canceled . Driver called us after I e-mailed the company asking status. We were supposed to be picked up at 2:30 and was 3:35 when we cancelled.
