Highlights
- San Juan - To begin our amazing adventure our guide will personally pick up at the travelers accommodation in the metro area. Pickups can be hotels, resorts, residences or airbnbs anywhere in San Juan, Carolina, Loiza, Canovanas, Luquillo, Rio Grande or Fajardo. The day before the excursion, the tour guide will be communicating with the travelers for exact pick up time and other details. This schedule goes from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. The earlier we start the better, to avoid bigger tour groups that arrive from other companies.

During this exploration, we will traverse through mucky paths which are a mere 1.5 miles long! These trails will take us to natural streams, rope jumping sites, breathtaking waterfalls and naturally formed pools filled with crystal clear water! The final halt will allow you to savor authentic Puerto Rican cuisine, close to one of the most picture-perfect beaches on the island.

My Awesome 1st Rain Forest Adventure - We had a lovely pickup and Andrea - our tour guide explained how the day would roll out. We picked up two other parties for a total of 6 of us on the tour. I really like the small size and personal attention we got. The hike was challenging but definitely doable if you're in decent shape. Our guide was so encouraging and concerned for our safety. She wanted us to feel comfortable in her "office" (the rain forest) and did everything to ensure that we enjoyed the trip. I'm not a strong swimmer and I was reluctant to do some of jumps and slides. She never pushed me to do them but helped me to feel confident enough to do the slide and to jump from one of the medium level rocks - it was lovely full day of fun and she explained much about the vegetation and workings of the rain forest. Our late lunch experience was awesome and everything that Andrea recommended we try at the restaurant was delicious. We had a pleasant drive back to our hotel and a good solid night sleep! Highly recommend this excursion with this tour company & tour guide. Some of the other groups were quite large and just didn't seem well connected though all of the other tour guide seemed nice, helpful and friendly.

Fun, learning, jumping, swimming, nature - We had an excellent tour with Andres. This is a great way to see the park because it starts early. Safety conscious. Could add in a little more about flora and fauna. Great parking spot and farm. Lots of options to accommodate all guests level of comfort. Loved meeting the turkey! Patient and didn’t feel rushed. The sad part is it seems this park is being exploited by too many tour groups and $ may be prevailing over the environment. This tour company was good because it was small, but if the park continues to be exploited I see environmental devastation in the future. It should be protected because it’s a crown jewel of PR.

Mother Nature will never disappoint! - Andrea was absolutely AMAZING! I loved learning about the natural flora, history, and charm of the rainforest. The opportunity to scale the rocks along the waterfalls as well as jump and swim in the water was truly magical and invigorating! Andrea’s wealth of knowledge and her expertise is truly unmatched! Five stars without a doubt and would highly, highly recommend!

Andrea is the best!!! - Andrea is the best in the biz! We had the best time. She kept our kids safe and we all enjoyed her stories. I could not recommend her more highly. One of our favorite experiences as a family!

Amazing tour! - I definitely recommend! Juan is such an amazing tour guide!!! This is a small group. The maximum is 6 people. We didn’t feel rush, and our guide was very helpful and very knowledgeable. He’s such a great conversationalist. He’s friendly and passionate about Puerto Rico. Book this!

Amazing views and amazing people - The cliff diving and water slide was absolutely amazing if you like a little thrill! Loved our tour guide, he was so nice and personable. Made sure everyone was keeping up and super friendly and willing to give us all tips about our stay in Puerto Rico. 10/10!!!

Mitchell made the difference - Our guide, Mitchell was incredible. He was energetic, fun, and big on safety. Most of all, Mitchell impressed us with his wealth of knowledge about Puerto Rican culture, history and its natural resources.
The El Yunque Rainforest was beautiful and was a great experience. Go early! The crowds come in fast
