Highlights
  • K-feína Coffee Shop Manatí - Enjoy coffee and breakfast with us at this beautiful restaurant in the hills of Maniti.
  • Paseo de las Alas - A quick stop on the way to the lighthouse for a fun photo shoot with many different painted wings or an oversized chair.
  • Estatua de Colón - Take in the view of the tallest statue in the Western Hemisphere! We will talk more about the history of the Taino people and their interactions with the Europeans as they arrived and the impact each culture had on the other.
  • Arecibo Lighthouse and Historical Park - This is the highlight of the tour where we will be able to see more history as well as a mock Taino village and murals depicting some of the Taino history. There is also plenty of African history as well as a mockup of their living quarters. We can visit the aquarium as well as 3 wooden boats before making our way to the lighthouse where there is some naval history for the region. The water park is also available to anyone wanting to cool off.
  • Martin’s BBQ - Enjoy a traditional Puerto Rican meal at a very affordable price before our journey back to the pickup location.

Top it off with some naval history and artifacts and you can truly say, you have visited Puerto Rico and have a deeper understanding of its historical and culture significance! Also, pirates played a big part of that as well!
