Great experience highly recommend this excursion - Very well planned. Captain was great, the crew was awesome. Always asked if we needed anything. Very outgoing, great energy with the people!! Made sure everyone was safe and no one was left behind. Great snorkeling spot as well. Was able to see sea turtles and fishes, reefs. The drinks were awesome as well. 1000 percent recommended 💯🙌🏽

Totally Recommend! - PHENOMENAL! The tour was absolutely amazing. Our guide, Derek, was the BEST! Would 100% do it again! The trails were not terribly hard but not easy either. The caves were beautiful. The cliff jumps were scary but totally worth it and I'm scared of heights.

A beautiful adventure - The tour was amazing and well-run. Swimming through the cave was eventful and beautiful. They transported us afterwards to a beach, chiquito, that had food trucks, a great view, and clear water to swim in. Our guide, Isail, was cautious and fun! He made sure we were safe as we hiked and swam.

Beautiful Caves and waterfall - My daughter and I had a wonderful experience. Our guides were well trained and kept us safe on the unmarked trails to the caves. They were very attentive and responded quickly.

We survived! - We had the best time on this excursion. Isail was amazing. He was very attentive to our group’s need, he ensured we had a great experience while keeping safety at the forefront, and lended a helping hand when needed. We also had plenty of laughs along the way (can’t forget the belly flop) #wesurvived -your fav group of 6

FANTASTIC! However, be honest with yourself about your physical limitations - It is an amazing experience! You have to walk a rough terrain trail to get to the jumping site. It's difficult to decide if the waterfall jump or the swim through the bat cave was my favorite. However, to be honest, my least favorite was the "climb" back at the end of the Charco Azul visit. It is a physically challenging adventure but absolutely exhilarating. The tour ended at a beautiful beach....oh, maybe the beach was my favorite part?! I'm not sure, but when you go, you can decide what's your favorite part is 😀

Great Tour with Cliff Jumping, Caves, beach and local flavor. - We had an amazing time on this tour! Our guide, Isai, was incredible, super friendly and super helpful.helpful. He took cliff jumping videos for everyone and even jumped with us, which made the experience even more fun. Since we were staying far from the pickup location, he let us meet him halfway and follow in our own vehicle, which was super convenient. The spots we visited were stunning, hidden caves, waterfalls, and a beach stop at the end with local food trucks and drinks. Just a heads up: there is some hiking involved. The hike back to the parking lot was definitely the toughest part due to the incline, but it was totally worth it. Would recommend taking water shoes rather than sandals due to rocks in the river. Highly recommend this tour and especially Isai 100% worth it!

What an experience!! - Derek was an amazing tour guide.... exactly what we were looking for, very laid back and made sure everything was safe and helped us maneuver through the caves and water. There was just a flash flood that had gone through the area days before so they were extra cautious. Izzy was very friendly and helpful as well with all his videos and picture taking. They were a great fit for our family. The group was smaller which was very nice as we passed by some big groups and glad we seemed to have more of a personal experience (probably not always the case though). Now things to know before you go...don't think they are doing all the work for you ..there is a hike down and back up to get to the area ...not just this tour but all of them so be ready for that...we were well aware of all this ahead of time and if you aren't (as I read some negative reviews) that's on you!! I would recommend this tour to anyone looking for an adventure!! Thanks guys!

Nothing like description. Okay at best. - This excursion really wasn’t worth it at all in my opinion, first of all the adult beverages mentioned was 1 juice box capri sun like rum mixed drink. The hike was way more challenging and more of a climb than a hike. The beach relaxation was 45 mins. The guide really wasn’t personable, I still don’t even know his name as he didn’t even introduce himself or hardly talk to anyone in the group. He had rescheduled from the original date I had booked on Viator. The day we ended up actually going it was cloudy and said it might rain, at the trail head there were several signs saying not to enter the trail when it’s those conditions and only when it’s nice out due to the river flooding risk. The conditions on the river were not pleasant, it didn’t seem safe at all and the guide was separated from the group majority of the time. He really wasn’t helpful during the scary, challenging parts of the “hike”. I’m sure he’s a good guy, maybe it was just an off day, but as a tour guide it was probably one of worst experiences I’ve had and really nothing like the description. The helper guy who was referred to as izze, I believe, was much more attentive and welcoming. Luckily the other people in our group were pretty entertaining but it was really not a pleasant experience and nothing like what was expected from the description and not even close to being worth anything over 40$pp. The water was chocolate milk colored making it impossible to see where you were stepping amongst all the rocks, that coupled with going against a strong current and having to climb various obstacles made it super difficult. None of which were mentioned to us prior because again, he barely said a word to anyone.
