It was so fun! Seen more... - It was so fun! Seen more wild life on this tour than most tours. The staff were extremely friendly and nice. I would definitely pay to do this tour again.

Manatees and turtles - our guide was very good、he was very patient with those that couldn’t keep up as well, he was very good at spotting wildly and letting us know where it was

Unique adventure to go snorkeling and find manatees!! - Tour guide was very professional and watched out for all of the group, even though some were not as strong of swimmers as others. Great job of finding manatees and turtles, even though the animals are shy. Very helpful and answered all of our questions!

This is a guided tour.... - This is a guided tour. John and Luis were fantastic. Both were clear and to the point regarding instructions and what to expect. While we did not see manatees on the first outing, we did get to see marine life. Since manatees are not guaranteed, because they are wild creatures, we were told that we could come back at a later time. We had planned to come back the same day, but ended up going back out two days later, where we did get a chance to see them. This is definitely a must if you have time.

A great guided snorkel... - A great guided snorkel tour that’s worth your money! We snorkeled through the Condado lagoon and saw sea turtles/manatees/sea life . Our guides made a great team ! This is def a way to explore safely and guarantee an experience with some sea life !

- Although I am blind as a bat and not a great swimmer, I actually really enjoyed this experience. My friend booked this activity and I was a bit nervous when I saw it was a heavy swimming activity but decided to still give it a go anyways. We had life vests, fins and snorkeling gear which made things a lot easier, and staff made sure everyone stuck together and helped when needed. They even found starfish and conch shells to show us while swimming out to the manatees. We saw quite a few manatees which was really cool. I do have to give a special shout out to Luis (hope I spelled that right). I again, am not a great swimmer and I do get really anxious in open water. At one point everyone got way to close for my comfort to me because I was near a manatee, which I totally understand, everyone wants to see of course. But I got very overwhelmed with people pushing and pulling on me and ended up swimming away from the group. Luis was really kind and helped me swim over to some other manatees away from the group in which I was able to enjoy the experience much better. His kindness was very much appreciated and if you see this, thank you again! Overall, the experience was really cool and worth the money and its always great to support small local businesses. So if youre in the area, definitely try it out!

Good experience if you want to see a manatee - Bring a bag for your phone. Be comfortable with it...the tour operator will make a comment..and try to sell you one for $20. All in all the experience was pretty good. We saw a manatee and a turtle. It would have been a lot more enjoyable - but there was a very excited 30 yr old who kept kicking and pushing people out of the way...the tour folks can control this...but if you can figure out how to go on a less "full" group that might be good to try to do. The tour co locks your stuff up for you while you are gone. Be sure to bring snacks you will be hungry afterwards. There is a little place that has food..they take only cash. You will need to dry off a bit if you are taking UBER..most don't want damp/wet people in their cars.

I held a Starfish! - The activity itself was great! The staff were there to help us with whatever we needed. A couple pieces of equipment were faulty, but if we had asked for help I am sure they would have replaced them. There were huge slow waves that made me feel sea sick and made the swim back harder. I saw manatees and held a star fish. That was awesome. The o ly reason I wouldn't do it again was because of feeling ill towards the end, but that is my personal preference. The whole tour was inclusive and the guide was patient and informative. I recommend 100% to others.

Canceled with no notice and still no refund - My daughter, two grandsons and myself were so excited for this. We left early to make sure we could find the spot. It took us to a hotel where they have a beachfront area. I called the company to make sure that was the spot. The man told me the tours for the day were canceled because of excessive moss and jellyfish. (I saw a ton of people in the water). He said I should have received an email telling me it was canceled. I did not. He said I should see the email and refund soon. Next day and I haven't seen either one. I emailed him and texted him. He responded to the text, but still nothing. My grandsons were super disappointed. Driving there and seeing the location and then having to tell them it was canceled, just hurt them.
