Great Overview Tour - I was picked up at my hotel for this tour (loved this feature!). Giovanny was our guide and he was great, very knowledgeable, friendly, and upbeat. He worked with what we wanted to see and answered questions. The walking tour part was a couple hours, then we had a couple hours to ourselves to eat and shop before getting on the shuttle to get back to our hotel. This was a great overview of the history of Old San Juan.

Excellent experience highly recommended - Very good experience, we enjoyed it very much. We loved it. Kevin is a very kind person and knows what he's talking about. I would recommend this tour to others. Nothing to criticize just suggest 2 things to improve the experience. 1 There could be an interaction with the group while we are on the bus. explaining what we see around us, describing important buildings and places before getting off the bus. and secondly, there was a lack of interaction between the whole group such as a small introduction of each one and even introduction of the guide, since there were people who came from different countries that we could have heard where they were from and what they do

Old San Juan May 2024 - Michelle, the tour guide was so informative and sweet. She took the time to explain the sights and history. Great food reccomendations too. The two hour walking tour was at a nice pace even for us older adults.

M & M - Dynamic Duo - For starters, I was contacted by Miguel to inform me of the pick up time which was very comforting as I was attending my tour solo. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and an excellent driver. Moving on to the tour, Michelle was AWESOME!!!🤩 From start to finish she took charge of the numerous amount of people with elegance. She was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, and coordinated the entire tour very professionally. I would absolutely refer anyone & everyone to take advantage of this Old San Juan tour. Highly recommend this Old San Juan Tour! - I had a wonderful time on the Old San Juan Tour. Communication from booking through pickup was great via both email and text. I booked just two days before the tour. On my day, there were just two other people, who were together. Michelle the tour guide was fantastic. She provided lots of history about where we were walking and also cultural touchpoints. She was very honest and knowledgeable with respect to our questions. I felt we got quite a bit of history, and also very interesting information about the archipelago currently. The tour itself is two hours long, and during this time we walked about two miles. There were some inclines for those who might have mobility issues, but nothing that I would consider steep. We stopped for lunch at La Picadera Bar & Grill, an authentic Puerto Rican restaurant recommended by Michelle. The food was great, as was the service. We then had an hour to explore on our own, which was an appropriate amount of time. The air conditioned shuttle van then returned us to our respective hotels. Michelle mentioned that her company (a family business) does other tours as well, and I wouldn't hesitate to sign up for them.

Generic tour - Generic tour of old town with vague details about historical , people, facts and the sociology of Puerto Rico. Not overly entertaining, However, the staff was very helpful.
