El Yunque - not to be missed - Plan your visit before hand to make sure you cover ground. We had rented car to drive ourselves to the rainforest. We started day little late and reached visitor center by 10AM. Visitor center requires $8 tickets to visit inside. We did not purchase the tickets and drove past visitor center straight to La Coca Falls. Here is where we encountered security who asked us to turn back since park was at capacity and try like in 30 min. There were atleast 2-3 dozen cars all turning back. We turned back and pulled over and overlook area and waited for 15 minutes and joined the queue again to enter the park. This time we got lucky and were allowed inside. 1st stop was the La Coca Falls. It is a great spot, you can get close to falls. Great pic spot. It was raining all throughout the visit so that made it challenging. We decided to drive straight for the peak and stop by other places on the way back. We drove to Torre Mount Britton trailhead and parked here. El Yunque peak and road were both closed. We hiked from Britton to Torre Britton which was also closed. We continued on trail towards Los Picachos, since that was the only choice. Hike is moderate to difficult at places. Gravel and rocks can be slippery and wet. Rain was constant and hard. We carried ponchos which helped us keep dry. We reached the peak, but it being cloudy and rainy we did not get the view at all. But felt great to reach on top and you could only imagine the view from here. Back down was relatively easier. Entire hike took us like 1.5-2 hours with stops and photo ops. On the way down we stopped Bano de Oro, which is great old swimming pool, not in use anymore. Next stop was Juan Deigo falls. This is good hike and strongly recommend water shoes. Area is really small and crowded. Next stop was Torre Yokahu tower. Tower had great views of rainforest and amazing photo place. We got done in about 4.5 hours total. On the way back to Liquillo beach we stopped at place called Mi Vida Cafe which is amazing place with great food,

Amazing and caring tour guide!! - The tour was amazing. Wonderful views, good hiking trail, safe driver that was very caring. He even dropped us at our lodging on the way back instead of where he picked us up! Super service!

Adventerous and Fun! - We got to stop at a few different places with the Yokahu Tower, Coca Falls, and this nice little area where you can get food and drinks. We did not get to swim at the natural pool due to heavy rain so it wasn’t safe but we had such a great time and it was quite the adventure. Would recommend doing this if you are wanting to see El Yunque. It’s good to actually go on one of these with a tour guide because the parking there is very limited.

Nice day, but too short of a hike - It was a nice time! The tour guide was kind and knowledgeable. No swimming because the river is closed until June, but we saw a waterfall. I wish the hiking portion had been longer. One hour is not enough time to really see the forest! You only get to go a half hour and then turn around and see the same stuff again. My hike was just getting to the good part when I had to turn around!

So so - There was only one Hike which was very short but nice. Waterfall was pretty but not one you can interact with. River view was like any small stream in eastern US. Lots of traffic getting into the park so tour came back late. Was fairly disappointed at the limited historical info provided for the two hours we were in the car.

Not worth it - Tour was definitely not worth the money or the time the guide also lost his headset and had us go back to look for it then dropped people off at the airport and other locations which wasted a lot of my time I would go back but not on this tour
