Exciting & well run - My sister and I had a great time. We had debated going on our own and renting a car, but most people here were with a tour- it made it easier for transport since there wasn’t great service near El Yunque and felt safer. Our tour guide Sebastian was very nice and helpful- it was convenient that we had someone to keep our phones safe when doing the water activities. He also carried my shoes since I was worried about losing them in the water. He took videos on someone’s phone too. It would have been better if we brought bags with straps for during the hike so our hands would be free when it got a bit steep. We brought a change of clothes and were able to change before getting on the bus.

Amazing def will do it again! - Brittnay our tour guide was amazing! Instructions was very simple and she helped not just me but everyone in our group. I went on a solo trip but she made sure I was very comfortable the whole way. She encouraged me if I felt like I couldn’t do something. It was my first experience in the rain forest! And I can’t wait to do it again. Thank you Brittnay!

Fun Hiking, Waterfall and Jumping - It’s a AMAZING experience. Our guides, Bryan and some people I couldn’t remember names, were super friendly. They helped us a lot in some difficult hiking situations and encouraged us to enjoy five different waterfall jumping. Guides took videos for everyone and then airdropped to us after five jumps. After rainforest hiking and waterfalls, we were exhausted and super hungry, and guides brought us to a lunch place, 20-25mins drive away. The lunch was just ok. If we can have some more tasty food, then it would be fantastic!

Puerto Rico Rainforest Tour - "My son-in-law had organized a tour with Spot In for Saturday, March 23, 2024, spanning 7 hours. We convened promptly at 7 am at the designated meeting point and commenced our expedition to the East side of El Yunque Rainforest. Mario, our skilled driver for the day, expertly navigated the winding roads, a journey lasting approximately one hour and 20 minutes. Upon reaching our destination, we embarked on a brief yet exhilarating 30-minute hike, navigating through challenging muddy terrain and even overcoming obstacles like a rabbit hole to access the first mineral water spot. Despite the challenges, we reveled in the breathtaking landscape, engaging in activities such as swimming in the pristine waters. Our son particularly delighted in the rope swings, while we dared to take cliff jumps into the river, adding an extra layer of excitement to our adventure. Afterward, Mario picked us up and took us to a local family restaurant where we savored a meal of rice with beans, chicken, and fried plantains. The food was delicious, providing a satisfying break in our day. Although our time was enjoyable, we noticed that the tour lasted a total of 6 hours, bringing us back by 1:30 pm. Our day immersed in Puerto Rico's rainforest was invigorating and refreshing, thanks to our adept tour guides, Sebas and Orlando, who ensured a memorable experience for all. However, I would recommend improved communication from the tour guides upon returning to the initial meeting point. Due to the large number of people, we initially couldn't find our tour guide Sebas, and it was Orlando who ended up guiding us back."

Expensive food, great tour - The tour itself was wonderful. The sights were beautiful and our tour guide was great. Miguelito (our tour guide ) was very helpful , he certainly seemed like he knew what he was doing. However, the food place was were it took a turn for the worse. There were hardly enough seats for everyone and the food wasn't so great. Way too expensive for what you'll recieve. Not to mention they were out of chicken and pork by the time we ordered so it was either vegetables or steak. Very unfortunate. Overall our experience was great but the food could have certainly been better.
