Fun time had! - Great experience would definitely do it again but would prefer going to the location with the longest zip line

Great Time - We had an excellent time experience doing the Zip line. The teens enjoyed the video games and rock climbing. Staff was very friendly and they have safety first for the guests!

Terrified to Satisfied - I was EXTREMELY scared to do it specially once I got to the top. Then standing on the ladder to lean over to start the process was the worst part, but José made me feel so calm and peacefully coached me into doing. I honestly was going to turn back around and walk back down the stairs. So thank you Jose for that. Jomar did a great job getting my fiancé and I across the second zip line. Jose and Jomar were amazing.

Great Zipline experience, my first time doing it and loved it. - The view was amazing, the ride on the zipline was a once in a lifetime experience. We went as a couple and really enjoyed it. Definitely was not expecting to enjoy it as much as I did because I dont like heights but it was an amazing time. Would highly recommend it.

Must try!! - Amazing views!! Loved it would def do it again!! People where great they where all very friendly!! Only thing is no pics while on zip line and they don’t take any for you either so you can buy!!

Fun & nice view. - It was a really great experience. The staff is very helpful. Only thing is there’s a lot of steps up for the zip lining.

A great alternative to the traditional tourist stuff. Good for adults and teens - We are a couple with teenage daughters and we had a great time at the adventure park. It’s located in the TMobile complex and lit up like Times Square. The Toro zipling staff was very friendly and helpful and they are ALL ABOUT SAFETY! The weight restrictions are STRICT so me and my wife couldn’t ride but the manager Stephanie was so accommodating and rolled our rides into the kids rides for a second zipline for them. Me and the wife had just as much fun on the ground with the arcade games and VR experiences. We even went back a second night for ice cream and to walk the strip. Definitely a good time.

I DO NOT Recommend! - My experience at Toro Verde Urban Park fell short of my expectations. Although the front desk staff was initially friendly, our interaction with our Zip Lining instructors was extremely disappointing. They barely spoke to us the entire time and their unfriendly demeanor, coupled with a lack of communication during the entire experience, created an uncomfortable atmosphere. My partner and I decided to do the Blazing Bull Zip Line where you lay on your stomach. Our first Zip Line of the day resulted in a jolting impact at the end, causing physical pain. When I raised the issue with the instructor, their response was dismissive, attributing it to a normal occurrence. Even if this was a normal occurrence, all patrons should be made aware, so they can brace for impact. Throughout the course, our dissatisfaction grew, and by the end, we were eager to be done and leave the facility entirely. The overall lackluster customer service, especially considering the safety aspect, left us thoroughly disappointed. A more considerate and informative approach from the staff would have significantly improved our experience. I DO NOT recommend.
