The Zip Lining - I went with my family of 5 and we had an amazing time zip lining!! Our tour guides Joel, Brandon, and Javier were the best. They made our time fun, exciting, time proficient, and very comfortable. We would definitely zip line with them again.

Ziplining Adventure - What a great experience we had ziplining. We had 6 people in our party, age range from 11 to 75. Our experience was incredible. All the staff was so accommodating and helpful because some of us had some fears. They went out of their way to make us feel safe, especially Brendon. Thank you Xavier, Joab, Joe, Beto, and Patrick - our experience was unforgettable.

Best Customer Service EVER!! - Mu husband and I went to Wild Canyon on Dec 8 2023. This was my first time in Mexico and it was memorable for sure. Terry Krausz did the Monster Zip Line and had a blast. I tried but it was an epic fail. I had a panic attack. The staff at the entire facility that day were simply amazing. I was never left alone for one second. The boys at the zip line get a special call out for taking such good care of me the entire time. Since I did not zip line, I was offered any other "attraction" in lieu of. I was driven to see Sahara the camel, and then given a private tour of the animal sanctuary with my own private guide. Terry was given updates on me at each platform of the zip line. The level of service and treatment we received was second to none. Before we left every guy at the zip line hugged me and told me how proud they were that I faced my fears and gave it a try. Never in our lives have we received such exceptional service and frankly all of the staff that day deserve a raise. I cannot recommend this facility enough! Thank you so much! Don’t buy - Waited in a railing fior my friend and it gave away. Luckily I am right handed and went that way to save myself or I would be off the cliff. Told the workers and they had zero care. Went back down after the 4th zipline and had 2 watermelon margaritas….which were awesome! Highly recommend those!!!

Avoid there’s much better ziplines out there - We have done several zip lines and this was definitely one of the worst experiences. We came in and the place was super disorganized. We waited and talked to 3 different people just to find out where the zip lining was located. Once we started the zip lines itself the experience was very “mid”. The ziplines were pretty slow and short and the members gave little to no instruction. One guy in particular was continually irritated when our group struggled to get the right position (for reference you have to hold your legs up while leaning back which is incredibly uncomfortable). However I will say the rest of the staff were pretty nice just had a bit of a language barrier. The way the course is set up you also have to walk up several flights of stairs to get from one zipline to another so definitely keep that in mind. I would say this difficult hiking is pretty standard though for most ziplines. TLDR: avoid this very mid and disorganized zipline course and try to book with a different company!
