Fantastic time with Chef!!! - Wow, what an amazing and delicious time we had. Our teacher was awesome! He helped us understand what to do to make delicious Salsa and Guacamole. And then empanadas!! It was delicious and amazing. The margaritas were huge and delicious. There were only two of us with Oscar. He was knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend

Such a fun afternoon learning to make seriously delicious dishes! - This was such a fun experience and worth every penny. I went with my family including two 20 year old boys. The folks at Alma de Mexico made us feel so unbelievably welcome, The outdoor setting is great, the ingredients so fresh, and the instruction is excellent. We made amazing salsa, guacamole, and then empanadas. It was leisurely, the food and drinks were delicious, the conversation lively, and we all had a great time even the less culinarily skilled amongst us. We highly recommend this outing!

- Oscar was the chef, and he was amazing! We made pico de gallo, guacamole, and ceviche. Oscar shared his culinary background and life experiences from Mexico. He also teaches skateboarding to young kids! He's passionate about food, and he loves giving lessons. Everything we made was very fresh and delicious.

Best cooking class - I would highly recommend this cooking class first of all our chef named Oscar was so amazing his humor, his humility, his love of food and South made us like so peaceful, and so harmonious that I would definitely definitely go back again and again and again like I will probably go back every time I’m in Cabo now because of Oscar the place is a gem. It’s so cute. It’s beyond words don’t look at some of the pictures cause they’re not as cute as it really is like honestly, it’s amazing so head your way over and ask if you can get Oscar for your chef for your cooking class we started with roasted vegetables and made our own homemade salsa, then homemade guacamole and of course we finished off ceviche, but you can actually cook whatever you want on the menu like if you want to learn how to make empanadas or tamales you let them know what you wanna cook and you have a three course meal and we were so full at the end of it like we couldn’t even finish all of our food and then the last, but not least best part was That all you can drink margaritas open bar like they were the best mango margaritas I think ever I have a great mixologist at the Alma de Mexico so that’s my review. Enjoy.

Exceptional experience - Absolutely amazing experience! My husband and I did this on our honeymoon and it was such an exclusive experience. Learned a lot about ceviche and all of the ingredients were fresh and delicious. We loved how personal and 1 on 1 the tasting was. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

10/10 - Will be going again - Id call this a hidden gem, went for more than one class during my time in Cabo San Jose. Everyone there is an absolute delight, home away from home kind of feeling while getting some top knotch service. Great drinks; great people; vibes were amazing.. really could say so much more but I will be bring people here on my next trip

Book with Viator.::... - Book with Viator.:: Once we arrived at lication the restaurant said they were closed. We arrived at designated time. Lost the valuable vacation afternoon and was stuck in downtown San Jose. Viator should not have allowed us to pay and book a vendor who acknowledged we paid but refused service. One we have not received a refund. Two a refund is not nearly enough when you lose a valuable vacation afternoon.
