10 out of 10 - This was an amazing experience. The guide did a wonderful job of getting us to and from the site. He was timely, informative, and patient. The zip lining staff, did a wonderful job of explaining how the course work and would make any first timer comfortable.

If you book Belize Caving Expeditions, get Cisco! - We started the day off with local pickup from my hotel, explored the Mayan Ruins, and then went cave tubing. Our tour guide, Cisco, was unbelizeable 😂. He's just so damn friendly, and you know you're safe with him. Very grateful to have him as my guide. The experience is top notch, and if you want the cherry on top, you'll request Cisco. I promise you won't regret it. I downloaded TripAdvisor just to write a review for my experience. And this is totally unwarranted. I was never asked to write a review. TAKE THE TRIP!

Trustworthy company, Marlin helped create memories that will last forever. - We rented an airbnb in San Ignacio and this company came highly recommended. They were right. We booked xan and cave tubing as well as an ATM tour and taxi to and from Belize city airport to San Ignacio. Our guide/taxi driver was on time at the airport holding a sign with my name on it while I watched others search for theirs. We were the first ones out of the airport. Marlin was the greatest. I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed him. I traveled with a teen whom was completely out of her element on this trip. During the Cave tubing Marlin made sure she was taken care of in a very kind hearted, compassionate and at times comedic way. Without him, this trip may have been to much for her. He went above and beyond to make this trip enjoyable for all of us. Unfortunately our ATM tour was canceled due to heavy rain the night before and we had to request a refund. Belizecaving asked me to provide my CC information again to refund the trip. I was leery as this is not a common practice in the US. I had asked our airbnb host if this was safe. She told us normally people will just rebook for a different date however our time in San Ignacio was over. She assured us it was safe and advised Belize banking system does take some time to do these things. I emailed my CC info to Belizecaving as instructed and with out a hassle I was refunded in 8 days. Belizecaving is 100% trustworthy, which is a big deal in my book as I have read horror stories about others. Hopefully I will be back in Belize at some point in the future and will, without a doubt, book EVERYTHING I do in San Ignacio though Belizecaving.

Cave Tubing adventure- go with Marlon - This was so much fun and totally exceeded my expectations. I thought we would just float through and that would be that. First, I have to say the formations within the cave are spectacular. Some are 20-30 feet tall and so amazing. Secondly, our guide Marlon was fabulous. He got us out of our tubes and swimming through the formations. He made us laugh and was very knowlegdable about the river, the cave system and the formations. He created an adventure, not just an experience. I can't imagine that we could have had a better guide. This was SO worth it and I'll never forget it.

Don't miss the opportunity to do this tour! - We had an opportunity to have basically a 1:1 experience for my fiance and myself with our guide, Cisco. He was FANTASTIC! So knowledgeable, fun energy, and allowed us to do some extra exploring which was so cool. We ended up doing a longer hike to be able to float through 2 caves and then some climbing. Highly highly recommend this tour and ask for Cisco specifically! Lastly, the lunch was DELISH! (Also, I know there have been some reviews on time it took to get picked up, etc. That was not our experience. We agreed to 830am and he was there right on the dot! Now, go book this adventure.)

Absolutely amazing experience!!! - We absolutely loved our cave tubing experience! Cisco was our guide, and he did a fabulous job! On the walk in to the entry point, he pointed out things of interest along the path. We did two caves, and Cisco kept pointing out different things of interest. Several times we got out of our tubes and went exploring caves inside of the cave. We swam though tunnels and around stalactites, and jumped off rocks into the water. We saw bats. We saw Mayan ruins, and were given a fascinating history lesson on the Maya. We saw groups from the cruise ships being rushed through the cave, not stopping at all. We were so glad we had Cisco as our guide! And he took such good care of our 9 year old, towing her along in her inner tube. We would highly recommend this tour!

Highlight of our trip - This was an amazing experience. Our guides Jose and Marlon were exceptional. They went out of their way to make sure that we were safe and that the people in our group who were nervous felt comfortable. They were knowledgable about the caves and provided a lot of information. They helped us to get out of the tubes and visit a side cave that was exceptionally beautiful. Don't miss the opportunity to take this excursion with this company.

Seriously the best cave tubing experience! I wouldn’t book with anyone else, ever. - We did the ziplining and cave tubing combo all in one day. The first hour or so is spent zipping through the canopy of the jungle and is pretty exhilarating. The last two lines pass over the crystal clear water of the cave branch river which was pretty sweet to see. The cave tubing was way more fun and adventurous than I had anticipated. Cisco brought us on the 30-40 minute hike to the beautiful cave entrance where we swam and relaxed for a half hour or so. The water was beautifully clear and the fish swimming around us were entertaining. We also enjoyed watching the cave and tree swallows flying in and out of the huge cave opening. We rafted up together in our tubes and floated through the caves as Cisco pointed out different features, stalactites and stalagmites, explained the process by which they were formed, discussed the flooding during hurricanes, and answered any questions we had on the area. The caves are so awesome. We docked our tubes at one spot to explore the cave for a bit. In one of the large caverns, Alejandro (Cisco’s companion and guide in training) and I jumped from some 6-8 foot ledges into the water. It was wicked. After that we navigated through some small passageways, ducking under iron oxide laden stalactites. We swam around inside the cave before returning to our tubes to resume the journey down stream. The river continued through the mountain cave for quite a while before opening up into the lush Belizean jungle. Cisco navigated the rest of our way down the lazy river. In addition to all of this Cisco packed us a delicious lunch of chicken thighs, rice and beans, and coleslaw, as well as rum punch and other drinks. 10/10 highly recommended using this company. I just would not do this tour with anyone else after having this experience. Cisco is an awesome tour guide and we all loved him.
