- Nohoch Che’en Caves Branch Archaeological Reserve - Embark on an educational journey through the local ecosystem with a 30-minute trek beside the river leading to the Jaguar Paw Cave’s entrance. This spectacular geological formation has been shaped by the river cutting through the limestone at the base of the Maya Mountains, and it’s a segment of the most extensive cave network in Central America. Archaeological studies indicate that this site was historically significant to the ancient Maya for performing sacred ceremonies.
Upon reaching the cave’s threshold, we equip ourselves with headlamps and flotation vests, ready to begin our exploration. As you float along, your guide will enlighten you about the cave’s interior wonders. After exiting the initial cave, the adventure intensifies with swifter water currents. Simply lie back, unwind, and savor the experience! This remarkable escapade is unforgettable.

This excursion includes a guided tour to Nohoch Che’en Caves Branch Archaeological Reserve. We set off onto our Cave Tubing Adventure at the Noh Hoch Chen Archaeological Reserve.
The adventure begins at 9:00am and wraps up around 4:00pm.
