Super enjoyable Caracol day tour!! - Leo took us on an awesome day tour to Caracol, followed by a swim stop after lunch! Most passionate to share his wide knowledge of Belize, its history and his first hand experience working at Caracol. We take away great memories and are now even more curious about Mayan culture and history! Thanks Leo!!

Caracol is a hidden gem! - I thoroughly appreciated our guide, Leo, who shared his extensive knowledge about this Mayan site and culture in general. There were few people on site, but the long trip through the different landscapes was totally worth it.

Amazing tour with an amazing guide! - We booked the tour directly with Belize Caving Expedition and it was a wonderful experience! It was only the two of us plus another couple on the tour and our tourguide Cisco was really amazing! He is so knowledgeable and told us a lot about the Mayans, Belize, the wildlife (still impressed about the soldiers of those leave cutter ants...). And on the way back, he brought us to Big Rock instead of Rio Falls, where swimming was really perfect and it was sooooooo beautiful! The trip was THE highlight of a vacation full highlights. Loved it!

Amazing tour and great guide! - The tour was great! The three spots we visited were very beautiful and we had lunch next to the falls! We had a very good guide (his name was Edgar), who could tell us a lot about nature and history. This made not only the three hotspots, but the entire tour (also because of the great view) a very nice experience! Recommended! If you are going to do this, be sure to ask for Edgar as a guide!

Wonderful day at Caracol - Today I visited Caracol with a small group. Leo was our guide. He was extremely knowledgeable, talkative and enthusiastic. All great qualities a tour guide should have. Caracol doesn't yet get the attention it deserves. It's well worth a visit.

Friendly and wonderful you guides - So we had an unexpected great experience with this tour company! We did not actually book a tour but ended up tagging along on one. We rented our own vehicle and were heading out to Caracol when our vehicle broke down and were stranded in the jungle! Cisco and 2 other guides from this tour company came by with a large group of tourists (3 vans) and came to our rescue. They made space for our cooler and belongings and let my family of 3 join them. We were so appreciative of their friendliness and hospitality. And in so we got to see how they conducted their tour, they were very knowledgeable about the area. We would absolutely book a tour with this company in the future!

Great Tour guides! - Belize caving is the best!! We did the caracol Ruin site one day and the cave tubing/zip lining combo another day. Both were amazing experiences. Our guides Cisco and Leo were both amazing, so informative and cool! Cisco knew so much about Mayan culture and even took us on a detour to swim at big rock falls when the rio pools were too dry to swim. Leo brought us rum punch for The end of the day and even showed us how to break Open and eat palm plants in the rainforest. These were two of the best days and I can't recommend Them enough!

Bad Operator to do Business With - I had a poor experience with this operator. I booked my travel with them through Expedia. The night before the tour, the operator contacted me that they would not be able to operate the tour since not enough people signed up. I asked them for refund since they chose to not operate the tour and then Belize Caving Expeditions stopped answering my texts and emails. I contacted Expedia and it took almost 3 months to get a refund from this company. The site is incredible and I highly recommend visiting Caracol, but not with Belize Caving Expeditions.
