Great Bus Ride - We loved our bus ride. Got to see so much more than we ever would have on our own. The open air was awesome but be dressed for the weather. Our driver was the best.

Highly Recommend!! - Bus location is easy just right across the street from Walgreens and Boudin restaurant. Just across the by the Pier 39. Staff are amazing and friendly. The driver was very good as well not sure his name. We had an awesome view and the narrative was also funny and engaging. I have never gone on those Big buses before, this gave me a great experience and I will do this more often on vacation. Now, the night ride is definitely different and fun. The views were amazing and riding on the Bay bridge was a plus. We were given some 10 mins to get back Dr the bus to go take pictures of the beautiful SF around treasure Island, you can see the whole Fisherman Wharf, and the Bay Bridge. Captivating and worth the time, money and our trip. Don’t forget to tip the driver(😀).

Holiday Lights Tour - This was billed as a holiday lights tour; from Union Square to Ghirardelli Square, with guides Blake and Teraysa. Blake was entertaining and engaging; definitely must have a theater background. Teraysa did a marvelous job smoothly navigating through holiday traffic. The only thing that could have made this trip better was more holiday lights. Team Santa Cruz

Nothing Special - It was aight, just a quick way to see some city highlights and enjoy the view from atop. Service was fine, acceptable. A brief stop is made to take some pictures of the city towards the end of the tour. I really don't know what else to add, check it out for yourselves.

Cancelled last minute and NO REFUNDS provided - Tour was cancelled and no refund provided yet. If you’re cancelling the tour due to bad weather why are you not sending out a message so people don’t waste their time travelling to the pick up location only to be disappointed and frustrated. Extremely poor service and completely unreliable. I have send several messages to Big Bus Tour and Viator and still not received a refund.
