Great Customer Service by Victoria. - We purchased the package of the trip to Alcatraz and the harbor cruise. We wanted to do the harbor cruise first in order to fit it into our schedule and inquired at the booth at Fisherman's Wharf. Victoria was very helpful and talked to someone at Fog Tours to make that happen. We really appreciated her patience and determination to help us out.

Beautiful experience - It was a beautiful day and we enjoyed the ride a lot. It went under the golden gate Bridge and around the alcatraz island. The views of the city are great.

Beautiful but revisionist? - Gorgeous trip. Good views. Comfortable seating.
I was pretty disappointed in how the narrative failed to acknowledge the experiences of indigenous peoples. For example, when going past Alcatraz, no mention of the occupation of the island in the late 60s and early 70s. And earlier, there was a discussion of how the Conquistadors had developed the area, but nothing on how the "conquerors" had displaced and killed the people already living there.

Your good ticketing lousy - Tickets did not clearly identify departure point. No site representative to help. The crude itself was good.
