The seating arrangement is on a first-come, first-served basis, hence, we recommend arriving 20-30 minutes in advance of your desired tour time. Keep in mind, this is not a hop-on, hop-off tour.

Great tour, those hills are like being on a roller coaster - I got to see lots of cool things with a great commentary on the audio. The lady bus driver was fantastic and really friendly. I would definitely recommend it to others

Great views of San Francisco - The tour was timed beautifully to catch the sunset over the Golden Gate Bridge from Angel Island. Thank you to Terraysa for her expert driving and friendly manner, also to Arnel for his advice.

Fun Interesting Magical - We loved sitting on the top area of the bus! The tour guide was awesome! We saw places in San Francisco that we would have never seen on our own. Great tour with interesting information.

Great Bus Ride - We loved our bus ride. Got to see so much more than we ever would have on our own. The open air was awesome but be dressed for the weather. Our driver was the best.

A fantastic bus - The trip in general was fantastic, especially Chinatown, but I didn't like that the bus was a little dirty, but the ride and the explanations were great 9/10

Cancelled last minute and NO REFUNDS provided - Tour was cancelled and no refund provided yet. If you’re cancelling the tour due to bad weather why are you not sending out a message so people don’t waste their time travelling to the pick up location only to be disappointed and frustrated. Extremely poor service and completely unreliable. I have send several messages to Big Bus Tour and Viator and still not received a refund.
