Newbie ebiker - We hired the bikes as we were coming to the end of our stay in sanfrancisco, but hadn't seen the golden gate bridge (because of the fog) what a game changer it was the best decision it only took about 45 mins to get there went across the bridge and back I hadn't rode a bicycle since the 80s but it didn't take long to remember e bikes are out of this world

Highlight of our trip - Such a fun day!! We rented 3 bikes from the Bay Street location for a hike across the bridge. The bikes were in good shape and they had a great supply/variety of bikes & helmets. They provided us with bike locks, bike bags to put your phone etc, a map and optional ferry tickets (which we used) for the return trip. My 2 teen/tweens had so much fun, it might be the best part of our whole trip. I would 100 % recommend using this company. The staff was the nicest bunch of people… Super friendly and helpful. It was also fun to watch them cheer people on as the rolled in the door and make everyone smile. Tip for anyone riding the bridge (bring a warm jacket for the ride across the wind is terrible! And make sure you have enough time to enjoy Sausalito before catching the ferry back it’s such a beautiful little town with spectacular views, I could have stayed all day.

A great cycling experience in SF - This was a great free cycling one-day trip. It deserves 5 stars. The while process of check-in was smooth and professional. They introduced basic usages of the bicycle and accessories, showed a short video about recommended routes and maps, gave a ticket for free snacks and drinks at a designated stop and a ticket for the returning ferry. I didn’t use both though. The bicycle was easy and comfortable to ride. Its seat was not hard. They provided a lock, so that you don’t have to think much about the safety of the bicycle when you leave it. The routes were just recommended, which meant that you can ride the bicycle to anywhere if you have energy.

Cycle the bridge but do it on an E-Bike!! - My wife and myself both in our 50s decided to do the "cycle the bridge and visit Sausalito". What a great experience from start to finish. The young team in the rental facility were very good and full of energy and good form. After reading reviews we went for the e-bike option for a few dollars more and boy was it worth it. It made the entire experience so much more enjoyable as there is good inclines which we saw a lot of folks struggling on, it is not flat!! We cycled there and back and it was lovely. Sausalito was beautiful and a must visit. Top tip: get a leaflet from the shop, scan the QR code on it and book online for 20% off. Brings the price for 2 e-bikes right down, $70-ish each but well worth it. Bike were in great condition also.

Fantastic friendly service - Fantastic friendly service. My partner and I were fitted with an ebike, the staff ensured we were comfortable and walked us down to the start of the bike trail to the bridge. We were also given ferry tickets and discount voucher for a bar in sausilito. The ebike definitely made the day more comfortable. Great experience!
