Chef Cicero is a multilingual chef with proficiency in English, Brazilian Portuguese (his first language), and Spanish. In 2017, he moved to the United States and enrolled in a culinary arts program, where he gained a comprehensive understanding of managing a restaurant and cooking techniques from various countries. During his studies, he was awarded a scholarship to study Mediterranean cooking techniques in Otranto, Italy. It was there that he fell in love with Italian cuisine and realized the importance of understanding a country’s culture and surroundings to enhance one’s cooking skills
