Great sunset trip in San Francisco. - This trip is well worth it, the sunset was amazing and a big shout out to our driver Raphael Brock who was very bubbly, friendly with everyone. He had candy for everyone as they stepped onto his bus, first class service from Raphael.

Sunset Tour by BigBus: Highest Recommendation - The best thing I did during my entire stay in San Francisco was the Big Bus sunset trip to Treasure Island with the best "chocolate driver" (he called himself that) of the whole world. Many impressions of the city at night and a sunset over the Golden Gate Bridge that I will dream of for a long time. Highly to recommend.

Sunset looking a the golden gate bridge - The tour was really nice. Went thru the wharf area and Russian hill, then proceeded down Polk and Nob hill. Then past the financial district on to the Bay Bridge. The sunset looking west towards the Golden Gate bridge was terrific. I highly recommend this tour.

Chinatown Walking Tour - Joseph Chinatown Walking Tour very interesting. I would have been interested in seeing a little bit of Chinese medicine, acupuncture, foot reflexology and a shop with their herbs. Maybe this could be added in the future.

Cold but worth it! - We had a very good time even though we chose a night tour and it was a bit cold. The tour was very informative and the driver was a hoot!

Great if your driver is Raphael. Warm up if you're riding on top. - Raphael Brock made the experience wonderful. We took the day bus with several stops and the drivers were not so friendly, in fact a slightly rude one. But by taking the night with our driver Raphael, he made all the difference. It was kind, funny, funny, detailed, jokey, lively, etc. It made that ride very enjoyable, which all drivers should do. He even gave us candy! We really enjoyed the scenery, the stop to take pictures despite the cold. If you’re taking this ride, go warm so you don’t freeze and look for Raphael Brock for a great ride.

Fantastic way to experience San Francisco at night - Lovely experience, a bit chilly on top, but all good fun, a little pricey but it’s worth it for the experience

Bizarre Gaslighting - Most bizarre gaslighting experience! We booked the Sightseeing Sunset Tour that began at 6:30 pm and it was very dark by that point. The tour was going well until I got hit in the face with a tree branch. While it stunned me, it did not draw blood, so l decided to just mention it to the driver later. So the tour ended (20 minutes early and without the Golden Gate Bridge stop it mentioned), and I let the driver know on my way out about the branch. That's where it got bizarre. Here was conversation: Me: "Hey just want you to know that I got hit by a branch in case you want to check that out tomorrow to clear it." Paraphrasing the Driver: "You need to look forward so those don't hit you." Me: "I was looking forward, but it's dark and was sitting in the middle so I could really only see the person's head in front of me." Driver: "Well, there are no trees sticking out on the route." Me: "Well, there obviously are. I don't want anything from you: no refund or anything. I just want you to know so that it wouldn't hurt anyone else more badly." Driver: "We clear the trees; there are no trees on the route." Me: "Ok, I am not making this up. What hit me in the face made of wood and leaves?" *He then proceeded to point to my husband. Implying he hit me. Super unnecessary and so awkward; I did not want anything from them but to fix it for the future people on the trek. I had expected something like, "I'm sorry that happened, we will check the route tomorrow to trim the branches sticking out." Obviously, that's not what happened.
