Wonderful guide, great history of the region and beautiful place

Our tour guide was quite enthusiastic, however we were promised 1 hour and 15 minutes at Muir Woods. While he was driving in he told us we had the alotted time but he didn't stop the bus until 20 minutes later. We were given little time to enjoy Nature withe the Giant Redwooda. He advised us he would leave us if we didn't arrive back since the folks that had the Alcatraz tour couldn't miss their ferry. I could be less than concerned. I paid for Muir Woods. And then we had over 1.5 hours in Saucalito. I would have much preferred the entire time at the woods. I paid a lot of money and I twisted my knee in the interim. And not for nothing I was even offered a hand down off the coach. I guess chivalry is dead. Voator is dead to me!

Horrible company, it’s a scam, they take your money and tour guides don’t bother todo a check before leaving without you _ I was at the site on time and just saw them take off — before time! With no warning! — the pick up was at a crowded tourist spot, so before I could search and find them, they didn’t bother to help you find them anyway, didn’t pick up their phones when I tried calling and later on customer service was very rude and refused to accept they started with tour before time, even after I asked her to check her call log for proof of when I tried calling their number once I saw the van take off.
