Good overall - Very enjoyable trip, very friendly driver Jay. Overall great experience, had more than enough time to hike the woods.

Majestic, Mystical, and Magical - It was majestic. There were some moments I felt so connect and in Balance with nature and Spirit! Aiden out tour guide was awesome.

Peaceful adventure - Our Tour guide Lisa did a great job, she was very knowledgeable and made the experience wonderful. We tried to tip her but didn't have cash maybe a QR would be helpful. The tour was amazing and we would highly recommend it ! Alex

Fabulous day out! - This was a great way to see both Muir Woods and Sausalito in one easy package. The first stop is a viewing point of Golden Gate Bridge where you can take some snaps, then on to Muir Woods. The woods are very beautiful and impressive, but also relaxing. Our tour guide was super friendly and energetic, gave lots of great tips too. One note to mention would be that the road to and from Muir is very windy, so I would be mindful if you get motion sickness!!

Worth the trip - We had an amazing trip and our guide was very personalable and had lots of information. She has a great playlist for the extended time in the van. The trees were breathtaking…do yourself a favor and book this excursion. Only downside was that Sausalito closed down around 5 and that’s when we hit it, but it was still a lovely stroll along the Bays shore.

Wonder experience. Muir... - Wonder experience. Muir Woods is so vast in size of the red woods and so serene. Definitely tried it once. You will not be disappointed.

Not a "guided" tour - Not a guided tour: there were little to no stories or fun facts during the drive, let alone when walking around. Muir Woods and Sausalito are great on their own, but the tour description is misleading, as the "guide" was just a driver dropping us from place with minimal guidance. For travelers who like to explore on their own and do their own research this may be fine, but for people expecting to learn a lot, it is a disappointment.

Ok tour - not bad but not great - A very ok tour, great for transportation but our guide didn't really share any local/historical stories about the city. It felt like going on a drive where the driver was pointing out all the neighbourhoods. Not bad but would have appreciated some more context about the places we visited.

Disappointed with the experience - 30 minutes before I was headed to go to the meetup point, I got a call the tour was cancelled. Could they not have called me earlier? I chose the 7:15am tour for a reason: I’d have plenty of time to explore Sausalito after Muir Woods. While on holiday, I even got up at 5am to ensure I’d get to the meet up point on time. Unfortunately, we had to rebook for 1:30pm same day and by the time we were in Sausalito, almost everything was closed. Many shops close at 4-5pm there. We couldn’t grab a quick bite to eat.

Disappointing tour due to low service quality - I would like to share my disappointment with your tours. As a group of four we took part in the Muir Woods guided tour on April 5th at 7:15am. It is written a guided tour, but in the end everything was done in a self-guided setting. You have appointed a guide who was giving us directions in 3 minutes on the parking lot in both locations. This is by no definition a guided tour. We had to explore in every spot by ourselves. There was no real added value of a guide or any culturally enriching information provided. I am happy that the person drove us there but the information on the various booking platforms (Viator and GetYourGuide) was misleading and can even be considered a scam due to high price and low/no service. I wrote an email immediately after the tour, requesting an explanation, but I never received an answer.
