This tour was the highlight of our trip to San Francisco! Wonderful, knowledgeable, and funny tour guides. Beautiful views of the city and bridge while enjoying a relaxing bike ride. We had never ridden e-bikes, but we did just fine after a quick introduction. The trip to Muir Woods was amazing. Thank you for making our trip to San Francisco memorable!

My app said it was 100% chance of rain the morning of my tour. I wore my sunscreen just in case. Put on layers under my sweater as I didn’t bring my rain jacket and awaited the Lyft pick up the rental staff arranged for me. Well, it was absolutely 100 % raining. The staff were very welcoming and up beat. They offered gloves and raingear and set me up on the bike. I hadn’t ridden a bicycle in many years and was a bit wobbly. However as we started off I found the bike really easy to ride and I soon found my muscle memory. I’m 53 and those muscles were quite forgetful. Mark our tour guide was stallwart in his efforts to make sure the now driving rain would not diminish our chance to see all the sites. I found a great advantage in the weather as the trails, bike lanes and the bridge deck was empty but for us hardy folk. So I and my UK couple fellow adventurers followed after Mark and laughed as we gain a checkmark on our bucket list item we didn’t know we needed- surviving the Golden Gate Bridge crossing in horizontal wind driven rain and winds that knocked us slightly over towards the traffic lane. There is a big fence so no worries a out tipping into traffic. Sausilito was really lovely, the final stop at the Joinery was super. Mark locked up our bikes as we got dried off and we all agreed our trip was one for the books. I’d go again for sure and recommend the ebike tour great for all ages and physical fitness levels. Take care Mark and the cheery staff!

The bike tour was fun, however the Muir wood tour’s pick up tie was messed up and I had to wait 45 minutes. Poor communication and the phone was always busy. Moreover, I did not receive any further explanations besides the computer system being shut down. The tour guide is v enthusiastic but sometimes too talkative.
