Excellent experience - Excellent! Fantastic way to see the city and get a sense of its history. Great experience, I highly recommend the two day-all- day tour. It allows time to take in highlights and return to those locations you would like to spend more time at. The drivers are courteous, highly skilled and professional. It was great to leave the driving to Big Bus! They know the city’ terrain. Looking forward to other tour with Big Bus. Randolph

Very good service - Everything was great. Staff very friendly. In the sum better than expected. Good value for money. The only downside is that they run only one circuit so you cannot really make changes to the order you visit the city. The last bus ran at 17:30, later than advertised. That saved our day, thank you.

One guy can destroy all the efforts by others - Ever staff member was helpful and polite except one. Bus Stop 5 at 1030 on June 18 was unprofessional and unhelpful. We missed two buses because he said no empty places available even if 9 people left the bus in front of us. Finally, one helpful driver allowed us to enter even if this guy tried to stop us. Really a bad experience that destroy all the good job by many others.

Do the Big Bus instead - If I could do it over again, I would have gone with the Big Bus Tours. This company does not answer its phone (I was trying to get a time table). We were never sure when our bus would show us...it was always very late...and the last bus starts at 4pm, so you really don't have any time to get off and enjoy anything. One of the drivers talked so fast we had no idea what he was saying, and also ran many red lights...very unsafe.

Only okay - Decent if you want to do the entire city but only one route so it's not really one where you can go to certain spots. Driver was unfriendly and uninformative.

Skip this. - I have been on hop on/hope off tours in most of the big cities in the U.S. and Canada and it was always well worth the money. The stops are odd, the recorded narration and music in-between is not well done. San Francisco has so much that can be said about it, having more music (and I use the term lightly because it was the same about 32 bars over and over and over) than narrative is off-putting. We took the night tour and for the first half of the tour, the driver was down-right rude. He warmed up, but............

Not worth it - This was a waste of our time and money. We used it for maybe an hour the first day never used it the second day. When we got off the cruise ship, we had to walk over three blocks to turn in our tickets even thought there was a stop right where the cruise ship docked. We ended up using Uber which took us right to where we wanted to go

You better walk! - If I can give this a no star I would. You have to wait over an hour sometimes to get on the bus again. You are better off walking and enjoying the views or take a Lyft.
