Great Experience - It was a beautiful day and a great excursion. We didn't see any whales but we did see a rare pod of Rizzo Dolphins, which I understand is a once in a lifetime experience. Staff was awesome and the Bloody Mary's were excellent.

We enjoyed every minute - My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the whale watching tour on the Marietta with Captain Kevin and Dale as well as other crew members. Our guides were excellent and also entertaining. They made the tour fun. They also worked hard to find whales and dolphins for us to watch. Thank you so much for a great Valentine’s Day!

San Diego Whale Watch - We saw a Bryde whale! I’ve never seen one of those in San Diego. Lots and lots of greys out, weather was perfect for a whale watch. The onboard naturalist did an incredible job narrating.

Beautiful time on the water. Great guidance. Saw three whales together - Three whales were playing near our boat and the captain did a great job keeping us in their area. Tracked them for close to an hour. Great narration.

Whales and Dolphins OH MY!! - It started out being a beautiful day, Jan. 15, 2024. The ocean had a bit of chop but it was not too bad. My first thought was, "How does the tour guide find the whales? It's an awfully big ocean!" Well, boy did he! By the end of our tour we were were told we had made history on the number of sightings in one day. There ended up being about 12 or so sightings, more than any other day. On top of that was an innumerable amount of dolphins we saw. Who knew that the Gray Whale and the dolphins like to play with each other! I was amazed at how the tour guide knew, based on where the dolphins were, where the whales would be. And he knew how long it would take for a whale to dive down and then come back to the surface to the minute. The folks guiding the tour knew what they were doing and it paid off BIG. It was a great tour and well worth it. I highly recommend it.

3 hour tour, NOT 3.5 hour tour - We saw three whales, a pod of 4/5 dolphins and several sea lions! The boat had plenty of seating and viewing and the captain was good at giving all sides views. Only bad thing, or thing to be aware of, is that it is not a 3.5 hour tour. We were out for a little under 3 hours and were told by the crew that it is a 3 hour tour despite what it says on your ticket or what it says on the website. I wish we had been aware of that from the beginning. It made it feel like this company was a bit shady or misleading at best.

It about the Whales - Easy boarding and good crew. Care for the animals is commendable. Ship has all basic facilities and good vantage points. Restrooms onboard and cafe with drinks and snacks reasonably priced.

It was ok. - We saw one tail and one blow hole. No dolphins but lots of sea lions sunning themselves. Nice boat ride and very relaxing. Views were amazing and Anna was a very good commentator. Could not bring any food or drink on board, but there was a bar on board.
