- There are no refunds, credits, or reschedules given for any reason.
- Cancellation within 24 hours of the reservation will result in a charge for the full amount of the rental.
- Reservations operate rain or shine otherwise! It is still a lot of fun, think of it as an adventure.
- You may receive a credit to reschedule your cruise for a future date (for up to three months from the date of your cruise cancelled cruise), in the event of a cancellation by us due to a Severe Weather Warning from the National Weather Service.

Had a fantastic time with this one of a kind boating experience! Enjoyed the relaxed nature renting the boat, staff was very friendly and helpful, and catching sunset on the water was fantastic on a large, stable boat!
