Family fun time.. - Great time for the entire family, 15 of us. Nervous youngsters could be inside. Adventurous teens could be up top. Lots of room to spread out and enjoy the beauty of San Diego...

2Hour Tour - Loved the information given. Great 2 hour tour- great tour, good accommodations, friendly staff, and beautiful weather. Parking at the Embarcadero was horrendous.

AWESOME San Diego Bay Tour - Highly recommend taking the San Diego Harbor cruise. If you can, take the 2 hour cruise --the experience is worth the time and money. Weather permitting, acsend to the top deck for the very best views! Reservations were booked online through viator.com. I recommend using Viator as the reservation process was easy and convenient.

Relaxing couple of hours - We did the 2 hour North and South harbour cruise, it was really interesting and the commentator, Rusty was really knowledgeable. It was our first full day in San Diego and this was a lovely relaxing way to see the bay.

Nice views but boring moderator - Beautiful weather and nice views from the harbor. The person talking during the trip talked about the ships and planes going by 95% of the time. I wish I could have learned more about San Diego. Or more stories would have been more interesting.

disappointed with the company and crew - The boat broke down so they put us on a second boat (and hour and 15 minutes later) . The Cruze was supposed to be a 2 hour cruse, they made it into 2 ,exactly the same, one hour cruses with a long time back in dock before the 2nd one hour cruse. There was never a "we're sorry about the inconvenience" or anything really. Kinda soured the experience. Had they been even a little bit kinder, it would have made a world of difference.

San Diego Bay 2-hour cruise - We signed up for the 2-hour cruise. It was worth every penny. The views were gorgeous! I was disappointed initially with Flagship because my husband is deaf and I called them to let them know I needed an ASL interpreter and the customer service agent didn't even know what I was talking about and said he would call me back when he found something out and I never received a call back. The day of the cruise, everything went smoothly checking in and boarding. The staff was very friendly and the bartender, Jules, was the ultimate best. She was so friendly and the pina colada she made me was delicious. The guides were very informative as they gave their tours, but needless to say, there was no ASL interpreter waiting for us at all. If they had called us back and scheduled us an ASL interpreter, I would've given them five stars. It would be nice if Flagship would train their customer service agents to know what they need to do to get an ASL interpreter for deaf customers and not be totally clueless when a person calls in to ask them about their services for customers who are hearing impaired.  

Good and Bad - The north bay portion was wonderful. For the second half we were asked to move to forward to allow a large family to sit together outside. Unfortunately they chose to be talking non-stop each louder than the person next to them while all trying to talk over the tour narrator. Ruined the tour for the rest of the people.

Underwhelmed - The narrator was not very informative overall. There was a LOT of silence from the crew. I had hoped for a lot more information about the sights and landmarks... it's a long time to be on a boat with very little crowd engagement.

Only go if you like military info - 95% of this tour was “look at that ship/boat/vehicle! It’s the xyz class that the navy uses to do something or other”
