- USS Midway Museum - Learn about the history and hauntings of this iconic military ship. Be sure to let us know if you witness the mannequins moving! (Please note we do not go aboard the ship.)
- Maritime Museum of San Diego - You will view the Star of India and Berkley Steamboat Ferry while listening to tales of their haunting. Both ships are said to have lots of paranormal activity. (Please note we do not go aboard the ships.)

Take a walk on the spooky side of San Diego with our Murder n’ Mayhem tour around the city’s downtown waterfront. Listen to terrifying tales of haunted ships and ghostly history within this 1-hour excursion. You’ll be visiting several major haunted spots in the Embarcadero, learning about the eerie spirits, deadly diseases, death and surveillance throughout.
With a number of infamous ghosts & ships, the downtown San Diego Embarcadero along the waterfront has witnessed several significant hauntings. You’ll be regaled with chilling stories of these spirits and even have a chance to participate in some outdoor ghost hunting with detection equipment at various points along the tour. These tools are provided free of charge.
- Tour Rating: PG13. Due to the nature of narrative content shared, we recommend children attending be 13 years or older. Some may find the discussions about death unpleasant. Children under 13 can attend, albeit under adult supervision.
Private tours can be arranged if desired.

Great experience - Loved the Ghost adventure tools and the explanation of the tools. Wish it was a little more hands on like our first stop on the tour. I will definitely go back and explore those points again. left so soon forgot to ask for the pictures our guide took UGH

Fascinating and Entertaining Ghost Tour! - We totally enjoyed the Embarcadero Waterfront Ghost Tour. Our tour guide (Drew) was very knowledgeable, informative, and entertaining. It's a great tour to learn about the history of the ships in the Embarcadero and the ghost that haunt them. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting San Diego!

Quick fun ghost tour - It was fun and informative about the history of the harbor area and the ships in it. I would recommend this tour for younger teens. it wasn't to scary but still had some spooky feel to it.
