You’ll commence your journey in the charming neighborhood of Little Italy, before venturing into San Diego’s Old Town. This area offers a blend of Mexican and western cultural influences. From Old Town, your next stop will be Point Loma, leading to Liberty Station. Formerly the Naval Training Center of San Diego, the training facility was converted into a multifunctional hub of residential, recreational, business, hospitality, and educational spaces, when the center shut down in 1997.

Subsequent to Liberty Station, you’ll head to Shelter Island, presenting a splendid view of the Attack Submarine base. As you travel to Cabrillo National Monument and the Point Loma ecological preserve, you can observe the ancient lighthouse. It once guarded the jagged coastline, illuminating treacherous marine paths for seafarers and fishermen.
