Could have been just marvelous. - Marvelous experience with the trip. The operator for Viator did not sold the transfer, that we bought at the counter of Turisur, because the Port is 20 miles from Bariloche city center.

Incredible experience! - It was an incredible experience! Even though it was rainy the trip was incredible. Amazing crew. Since they picked us from our rendezvous point until we reach the port and then the actual trip crew was amazing. Everything went smoothly and on time.

Great trip despite initial problems - The boat tour to Isla Victoria and Arrayanes Forest was absolutely excellent. Location is out of this world. We had 2 stops on the journey, the first for about 45 minutes which gave us plenty of time to walk around the island Los Arrayanes. The second stop at Isla Victoria was 1 hour and three quarters. Plenty of time to discover the island or just sit and enjoy the beach as some did. Unfortunately someone forgot to complete our booking so when we arrived at the port at the start there was a lot of confusion which was solved by a very helpful guy from the boat tour company who sorted us out with tickets on the following boat. So what did not start well ended up being a very good experience.

I think we would have... - I think we would have been better booking this ourselves. We drive to the puerto and arrived far too early Facilities at the port are not good The boat trip was fun but they use the loudspeaker far too much. The forest walk was very good. It would have been good to have a tour leader for the Isla Victoria

Nice trip but too expensive for what you see - Nice boat trip, also beautiful nature. It was sunny so the boat ride was also great. Nice trip but too expensive for what you see. We wouldn’t do it again. Just because the price/value does not fit in our opinion.

Great trip despite our booking being messed up. - We were obviously looking forward to this amazing boat trip and the trip itself was wonderful. However, booking it through Tripadvisor was a problem in several ways. Firstly, the information on the website about the trip, which was either confusing or misleading. The info said that transfer to and from Puerto Pañuelo was not included. But the itinerary details clearly said that you would be collected and returned to your hotel afterwards. So which was it? I am still none the wiser. In the end we made our own way to Puerto Pañuelo by taxi and arrived early at 12.00 for a 12.30 departure. But when we arrived, neither of the 2 boat companies had our names on their lists. Both companies phoned to check and still didn’t know. Eventually 1 of the men told me that the operator had forgotten to process our booking. He kindly gave us tickets for a trip leaving an hour later. The trip was great. But we would have been better to go to the port ourselves and buy tickets directly from the boat companies. We received no apology from Tripadvisor for the error and a deal of stress. Maybe someone will contact us now.

Poor value - TRIP WAS INTERESTING but the cost was double that of buying direct from Turi Sur and the ‘tour’ offered no additional benefits. There was a suggestion of hotel pickup which is not on offer. There is no representative from Greyline. Vicotira Island is intersting. The boat trip is quite long at three hours all up there and back. Take a cushion of you can.

Not worth it - Going to Victoria Island is to be recommended, but I don’t think this tour offers value, or indeed anything much. You can buy tickets from TuriSur for almost exactly half the price and this tour is a nothing. There is no representative, and despite a suggestion they will pick up from hotels in Bariloche that is not in reality offered. My view is that this is a scam for Tripadvisor clients to pay double the standard price The boat is fine but three hours is quite a long time to be travelling up and down the lake. If you can, bring a cushion, the seats are hard, but the boat does have a cafeteria.

Buy your tickets directly from Turisul. 30%-40% cheaper. - Don't buy this. You can go to the boat's agency online or in store. It's either Cau & Cau or Turisul that operate those boats. The price is $40 each. This guy literally sold me two tickets for $130. There is no guide there either. No pick up from hotel. If there was a guide, I would have no problem with the trip, but the people that you book the excursion with, are not even there. I asked for a partial refund to cover the taxi costs and for there being no guide, which is why I paid for at first.
