Spend a day at Paradise Hot Springs Resort and relax in natural thermal water pools and jacuzzis of different temperatures (35ºC/95ºF to 41ºC/104ºF) with focused hydromassage for back, legs, and feet. The Resort also respects a maximum capacity of visitors to provide a peaceful atmosphere. There is a parking area within the property, changing rooms and toilets, showers, SPA, restaurant, and swim-up bar. Pool areas are designed to provide relaxation; you will find reclinable beds, sun umbrellas, and soothing music. All of the necessary elements for a magnificent and relaxing experience.

Great place to relax and chill out between tours or at the end of the day. Super facilities and very friendly. - We came here between tours to just relax, enjoy the warm pools and chill out. The view from the coffee bar was amazing and they have a great range of snacks and a super coffee machine. Great facilities and it wasn’t overcrowded.

Relaxing Day! - The staff was friendly and the resort was very clean. The hot spring pools were so relaxing! We arrived as soon as they opened so we were able to avoid the tour busses that arrived later in the day. Also enjoyed lunch and a cocktail, both delicious!!

Enjoyed my birthday - I came here to avoid the larger crowds in the other hot springs and it was well worth it. I purchased the full package that included a massage and Diana was awesome. I pretty much had a pool to myself most of the time as everyone was at the bar area. The food is not the best in my opinion, I enjoyed the salad and the dessert.
*the locker/changing area doesn’t have a door and people can walk by and see you naked when changing.

Amazing pools and property! - The pools were amazing as well as the property! We would definitely visit again! I would not probably do the food package again as the food was quite simply bad. We ended up having to go get something else to eat after we left as we didn’t eat much of anything there.

Go to the springs but skip the meal - This was a nice place to enjoy the
springs with pools of varying temperatures and a bar. It does not have water slides like some other places but was nice and not overly crowded. The meal, though, was not very good and the reason I gave four stars. I would go after lunch, because there are so many good and reasonably priced restaurants in La Fortuna when the one here was neither, and forego the meal.

La Fortuna - Paradise hot springs - Enjoyed myself and managed to relax. A couple of areas looked a bit tired. My favourite pool was the hottest one. I was able to stretch my muscles out.

Good spa, not overly crowded - Excellent spa. A la carte lunch was awesome, buffet dinner so-so.
Issue for the day we were there is that they had painted one of the big pools and filled it too soon so many people ended up with paint on them and their swimsuits

Budget friendly - The property was clean and the staff was friendly. This is a great place for those on a budget and only have limited time. Since this review has to have a minimum of 100 characters I will keep typing until I reach that amount

Natural atmosphere in a spacious spa. - The trees were absolutely beautiful in the pool area and this made for a wonderful atmosphere. The lounging chairs around and in the 36 degree pool were a welcome addition.

Outdated - Overcrowded most of the time. Full of drunk people (or people trying to get drunk) as there’s a bar in the pool! Avoid the buffet.
