An excellent afternoon out - We took two of our grandsons aged 15 and 12 to this activity - and they loved it! We were the first to arrive when they opened at 3pm and we had to 'forcibly' persuade them to leave 4 hours later! Our first fears that during a midweek day at the end of August there wouldn't be many others in attendance were quickly unfounded and the numbers quickly got up to around 60 taking part. I think that the younger age limit for this activity is 12 but there is no older limit and most can participate with a relatively low fitness level. As for us we watched from the side while they burned off lots of energy and enjoyed their cafe area. The prices were very reasonable and the only downside was that they hadn't got any ordinary tea in stock! The price included 350 shots with the offer of buying extra, which we did as they were enjoying the experience so much. Downsides are that it is a little out if the way (but buses pass around every 20 minutes) and there new white trainers didn't remain that way for very long!

Opinion of a novice airsofter - I am a novice airsofter, I have been playing since March of this year and the only place I have played so far is in hangar 37 and the experience is a 10/10, especially if you bring your own equipment. I have to say that the staff is very friendly and I have never had any problems with anyone, although to tell the truth the prices of the food are a little expensive for my taste, the food is not bad at all. The problem with hangar 37 is that casual players who are not airsofters clearly have a much lower level than amateurs and are usually easily eliminated by them. This can be a little frustrating because they eliminate a lot of you and you eliminate very little. In the 4 times I have been to hangar 37 I have seen a clear difference between the fans and the non-fans. For everything else, the place is great, my favorite section is the decoration because it really looks like that of a video game and I think it is a perfect place to spend a Saturday with friends.

Disappointing for Beginners - We visited Hangar 37 with our family in December 2025 (2 adults and 2 teenagers). Unfortunately, it was a major disappointment for the teenagers. What brought the experience down was the presence of many professional players on the field. Several of the pros mocked the teenagers, shouting comments and talking down to them. It should be possible to organize groups so that beginners can play separately from advanced players. For a teenager, it’s very demotivating to barely get a chance to play before having to leave the field. After just 10–15 minutes, they didn’t want to continue. Spending a lot of money on shots feels pointless when most of the time is spent sitting on the sidelines.

They should improve. - Pretty unhappy. My experience there is usually good, to this day. Turns out he always used the same replicas to play, today I made the mistake of when I started using one of my replicas I did not go through power control. My ruling and I take responsibility, the grace is that the referees do not notice, until someone complained , they looked for me and asked me to pass power, without problem none I hand over my reply since there was never any problem. The funny thing is that the worker who was out of his work shift fires about 15 shots and rebukes me that with pass 1 already I am expelled and so it was, to the 15 shot or so went of power minimally using excuse to expel me. My fault for trusting me, but I think the Enterprise is partly to blame for not noticing a player who hasn't passed control. This is the sixth game I've played with her. We are all human here and we are wrong, but it seems that mistakes can only be made by players and worse that it was not left in a verbal warning or a sanction of some game. It was acted in bad faith in a very very brazen way when for control 3 to 4 shots are fired. Unfortunately this time with very very bad taste in the mouth

Not soft. Expect blood and bruises - I haven’t played this before and thought it would be ok for a family with two girls, 12 and 13. I’ve played paintball and that definitely stings and leaves bruises. This was described as not like paintball and would not bruise. Actually, it brings blood and bruising. My girls didn’t want to play after the first round, one had a bloody wound on her leg, the other several bruises on her back. The problem is the training, distances and instructions. The instruction is not to shoot if the target is closer than 5m and about ‘bang’ instead, but there is no practice or checking of peoples’ judgement. There was no guidance to wear thick clothing covering all skin. In the excitement, it is going to be hard to remember to shout ‘bang’ instead of shoot. It’s also just too hot in Gran Canaria to completely cover up with thick clothes. The main times during the week start at 3pm so it is boiling hot.
