Urban Adventure Quest has created an interactive smartphone adventure hunt that combines the fun of the “Amazing Race” with a three-hour sightseeing tour of San Antonio, Texas - a city deep in the heart of Texas with a rich history of courage and sacrifice for freedom. Guided from any smart phone, your group will make its way among well-known and overlooked gems of the city, solving clues and completing challenges while learning local history. And, you can compete against other groups for the best score. The tour requires approximately 2.0 miles of walking. Using a smartphone as your “guide” allows your team to start when you want and determine your own pace of play. You’ll start you in the center of this historic city and will take you back in time to explore the grounds of the Alamo. Your adventure will then guide you down along the River Walk and through the streets to enjoy the modern-day sights and sounds of the city while finding historic and unique hidden gems. Offered at a fixed price for a group as opposed to per person pricing, this city tour/game offers a great value if you’re on a budget.

Great date night! - Great scavenger hunt! We went for a date night and loved it! We were able to see places that we wouldn't normally see or go to. Loved working as a team so navigate throughout the town and solve the clues.

Fun exploration of new area - Fun way to explore a new area! It gave us a mission or purpose to exploring around instead of just wandering. Got thru all 18 questions and we did all of the optional bonus questions. Took us 3h21m of pretty much solid questing other than potty breaks. Good way to spend time and work together :)

Great experience for... - Great experience for affordable price. Think a hike and pack as one. There is a lot of walking, knowledge and scenery. Great restaurants as well.

Perfect half-day activity with kids - It was a perfect half- day activity for a family especially with two teens. They were very engaged and would otherwise eager to go back to our Airbnb and get on their devices :) The locations include many sites rich in history but we would otherwise not know. We would definitely try to do the Urban Quest Scavenger hunt in other cities when we tour. My husband and I really enjoyed it too!

Wonderful Time - The scavenger hunt was a ton of fun. Great activity for families of all sizes. A perfect way to familiarize yourself with a beautiful city. We used the landmarks the whole trip.

Lots of fun - We were able to see parts of San Antonio that we might not have on our own. It was a lot of fun and history of the city was mixed in. We really enjoyed it!!

Disappointed - It was disappointing that many questions were unanswerable due to many obstacles- construction, closed elevators due to remodeling, closed church and so forth- see pics- these are just two of the problems- the online game needs to stay up to date on what’s going on as it was a run around - I feel like a refund should be given-
