Awesome! - When another rental bike company canceled on us at the last minute, our hotel concierge recommended Turis. From start to finish, we had a great experience! Juan and Mayra made sure we were all set to go with everything we needed, and the bikes were comfortable, safe, and so much fun. I’ve never used an electric bike, and I haven’t even been on a regular bike in many years, so I was a little nervous. But their high quality bikes and thorough instructions made it easy, and my friends and I had the best time! Highly recommend Turis - friendly people, excellent service!

Perfect e-bike rental experience! - We booked the 4 Hour Electric Bike Rental and it was a great experience. Before leaving for San Antonio, I called Turis Bikes and left a message asking a few questions. Within the hour, Mayra called back to quickly answer those questions. Juan & Mayra met us on time and shared their expertise on how to visit several missions within the allotted time. The e-bikes were very sturdy and reliable. Highly recommend renting from Juan& Mayra at Turis Bikes. Wil definitely rent from them again next time we are in the area.

Best E-Bike Tour - This was one of the highlights of the weekend we spent in San Antonio! When we did not see anyone at the meet-up spot, we called the office, only to discover that We had inadvertently booked a tour for the FOLLOWING weekend. Mayra was great and came out with the bikes and gave us a private tour anyway! The E-Bikes were a lot of fun to ride and a great way to see a lot of the city that we could not by foot. These E Bikes are a real equalizer-anyone any age is able to keep up no matter the age or physical ability (I actually had a torn meniscus and these bikes were a Godsend!) Mayra was very accommodating and took us to areas we never would have had time to explore in one weekend! Put this tour on your list!

Best Way to Enjoy the Missions on the River Walk! - What a great way to follow the river and see the Missions of San Antonio! Getting out into the countryside was so peaceful and pretty! E-bikes are so much fun and so easy to ride!

Everlasting memory!! - This was definitely the best bike tour I’ve ever been on. Great way to enjoy new part of a city you’re from. Mayra and Juan are super lovable people and 100% recommend this to anyone even thinking about it.

TRY IT - Absolutely loved this experience and recommend it wherever your from San Antonio Resident or not! Definitely took us to a hidden gem in downtown San Antonio.

Ebike Tour - We picked this one because the tour guide stops and allows you to explore places. She was super friendly. I would like for her to have a bit of the history memorized. We enjoyed it So much ! It was so involved and exciting that it did not feel like a 2 hour tour. The time flew by !

Exciting - Had a very nice time. A lovely tour down the river, to the Alamo and back. The weather was great and made for a great day.

No vendor, horrible customer service - Vendor didn’t show up. When I finally reached someone, they said they had closed the business months earlier. When I tried to get a refund, was told by Viator I would have wait 72 hours. Horrible customer service. Just an awful experience.
