Breakpoint escape room was AWESOME - The staff- Ry, Ash, Angie, Calvin, and Shae- were absolutely great to work with. Very friendly, very helpful. The hints were great, especially for first timers, and it’s just an overall great escape room. Recommended

Great and challenging escape room! - The room was very challenging but fun! Calvin, Joey, Angie, and Mandi handled the set up, the hints very well! Very immersive reminded me of a Saw movie!

All around great fun - The room was amazing. Pretty hard but the clues helped. Had a great time and they were open on Thanksgiving. I would highly recommend

The Best Escape Room Ever - Sebastian, Angelica, Justin, Jazmin, and Calvin made the experience on of the most memorable events of my life. They deserve 5 out of 5 stars for their amazing performance, and I absolutely recommend them for any escape room parties.

Disappointing experience - My group was a bit disappointed with our experience. To begin with the employee who was supposed to tell us the storyline to our room barely put any effort into it and even started it with “okay so basically”. This left us confused with not much information for the room. From here, we had two portions of the room malfunction on us and although the time was stopped once we informed staff, our group spent about 10 minutes on each malfunction trying to figure out if we were just performing the task incorrectly. Staff did give us helpful hints so we appreciated that! We had a feeling from the start that we would not escape since we were beginners, but in the end a staff member had told us we lost and did not take the time to tell us what we should have done to escape. We even asked if he could show us and he just said “oh it was just another puzzle”. For the amount of money we spent, the lack of effort was really disappointing.
