Overall OK - Check that your reservation matches what you book. For example, I booked for 3 days but our reservation was only for one day for some reason but we didn’t realized this. I booked a car but we received a buggy, which was fine but not what I booked. The buggy was not as safe (hand brake didn't work, it stalled a lot) or as nice as what we saw others driving around from other companies. Overall it was fine but not what we booked.

The mule had been wiped down with some sort of oil making it all sticky and unpleasant to touch brake pedal was damaged and easy for your foot to slip off and the vehicle then not breaking correctly .. for some people this would have been very very dangerous

Incorrect company, avoid to book with them - We rent a golf car, we paid in cash the full amount + 300000 COP deposit. Once we return the car, they told us that deposit is not available now to return it and will be transferred via bank account. After that they stop answer my calls and messages. Then I contact another person for returning the deposit, he promised to do it via Western Union. And after that he stop to answer my messages as well. Very incorrect company. I am really disappointed.
