The Marble Hall is considered to be one of the most beautiful and historically significant concert halls of Salzburg and the world.
Mirabell Palace with its gorgeous baroque Gardens was built in 1606 by Prince-Archbishop Wolf-Dietrich. The name is composed of “mirabile” (admirable) and “bella” (beautiful).
Today selected classical concerts with exceptional ensembles, soloists and chamber orchestras take place at this unique venue.
A majority of our concerts are played on historical instruments from Mozart´s time.

The baroque Marble Hall in Mirabell Palace is renowned as one of Austria’s most beautiful and important concert venues. During its golden age, the Mozart family played for Salzburg’s nobility in this hall.
- Please exchange your voucher at the box office in Mirabell Palace ( entrance on the first floor to the Marble Hall) from 6:30 pm until the concert starts at 8 pm)
- Concert starts at 8 pm, doors open at 7:30 pm, box office opens at 7 pm. If the Concert starts at a different time, the box office will open 1hour before the concert start.
- No admission after beginning of the concert
- One intermission (approx. 15 - 20min)
- Refreshments (alcoholic / nonalcoholic) and small snacks available

Wonderful experience - Venue was amazing… very cosy and acoustic was good…the event was started on time…the payment for extra class 1 seats are not necessary unless you are sitting on the first 2 rows as the venue is so small. If you buy your tickets via Viator, you cannot select the row you would like to sit. And You don’t know about it until you go to the venue on the day of event(1 hour before the event starts) to exchange vouchers with real tickets. Other than that everything went well with Viator in terms of the organization. Definitely worth it for a classical music concert in a wonderful Palace room to listen to the music from well known popular compositions of Mozart and some other good composers.

Great Show; Very Misleading Ticket Price - Concert performance was great. I strongly recommend it. However, I would NOT recommend paying the extra fee for the category I seats. In my view it was a total rip off. We paid for it and the seats were in the very last row of the room. It is inexplicable how they could charge such a fee. When I inquired about it they confirmed the seats were correct. What a scam.
