Directions: Make your way to Franz Josef Kai landing station, located opposite Austria’s Hotel Sacher in Salzburg's Old Town. Coming from Makartsteg, a curved pedestrian bridge connects old town with new town and is located directly next to the river cruise.

Very exciting with extremely friendly staff. Booking was complicated. What do you do if you don't have PayPal? - The trip was our highlight in Salzburg.
The only thing that was extremely complicated was the booking, as you couldn't use a normal credit card, only PayPal. Who has that?

Amazing and fun experience - Amazing and fun way to experience Salzburg and all the sights. The vehicle itself is very distinct and everywhere you go, people wave and smile. The staff are very friendly, helpful and fun and they make sure everyone on board has a great time, regardless of nationality/language. Would highly recommend for all ages ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great trip and informative guide - Viewing the beautiful sites of Salzburg was enjoyable and informative. Great captain and guide with a good sense of humor. Transferring from the river to the streets was great fun. However, the information could have been given in a more organised and effective way. All in all, it was awesome. Many thanks

Awesome tour! - Good tour. They spoke good English and visito all main sites. BE AWARE of the meeting point location as directions do NOT specify that you must go down to the RIVER NOT the street. We alarmist missed the tour.

Creative way to see Saltzberg - Sound of Music area was beautiful also the very from the boat of the churches and castle was nice.
We thought narration was a little boring compared to this same type of trip in the US. More like listening to a robot with no personality.

Ok - It was nice but the English information usually came after we had already passed the point of interest. Also, not really sure what the added value of the water portion was.

Recommend once, but be prepared to walk - The tour was mostly driving through the streets. Some was informative. They dont mention that part of the tour is a walking tour to see a palace across a lake. Also that apprx 25% of the tour is waiting on the staff to put on/remove flotation devices etc. not much time spent on the water, again, more time driving thru the city streets. All in all, the staff was excellent and friendly. Just not much to the actual tour itself. One time is enough.
