Quebrada de Humahuaca & Iruya

Quebrada de Humahuaca - You will be picked up from your hotel in the morning for a tour to Quebrada de Humahuaca. Recognized as a World Heritage Site, this area, where the landscape and the vibrant colors of the hills blend with the equally colorful cultures, is perfect for those interested in learning more about Argentina’s history and heritage.

The Hill of Seven Colors - The tour continues with a visit to the town of Purmamarca to see the Cerro de los Siete Colores (Seven Colors Hill). You will have time to visit the Church and the Artisan Market and to stroll around the village.

Tropico de Capricornio - Proceed to Huacalera, passing the Tropic of Capricorn, where you can view the colors of the hill known as the Pollera de la Colla.

Iruya - The journey continues through the town of Iturbe and Abra del Cóndor (3900 masl), arriving at the entrance of a small gorge where the quaint town of Iruya, with its pre-Hispanic roots, is situated.
