Beauty - The trip is long, but the journey is worth it. The landscape is dreamlike. After going through ledges and incredible views they arrive at paradise. I keep it in my heart

The branch of earthly paradise - After a fairly steep climb by car, we arrived at "the branch of paradise on earth." The viewpoint located at more than 4,000 meters s/n/m shows you amazing views. Colors, mountains, sky, clouds... wow I will be back as soon as I can. If you travel to Jujuy, no matter what, you should not miss this unique experience.

Exquisite place - Wonderful place. Closes at 6 p.m. the access. Gravel road but with comfortable climbs, not abrupt steep ones. It's worth going.

YOU CAN GO BY CAR WITHOUT INCONVENIENCES - It is one of the visits to make without fail, we rented a car and it can be done perfectly. The entire road is gravel but does not present any complexity.

Magical place - After years of waiting due to covid, we had a lot of expectations about this place. Expectations were greatly exceeded. The place is one that stays with you, to be seen at least once in your life. The photos don't convey the magic of this place. You reach 4350 m above sea level after about twenty km, on a not very easy dirt road. If you can go there in the morning, the light for photographs is perfect.

Safety pin - Unmissable excursion in the province of Jujuy. El Hornocal is located 25 kilometers from the city of Humahuaca, this mountain range is a unique formation, due to its size and number of colors (white, ocher, yellow, red, etc...). You can fully appreciate it from the viewpoint located in front, at a height of 4,344 meters above sea level. I recommend that, due to the height and the winding path that takes you to the viewpoint, you consume Coca leaves and drink plenty of water. You can get to the viewpoint in your vehicle or hire a van in town, since the road is dirt and in poor condition. The journey lasts approximately 45 minutes.

Barely ok - The tour we scheduled was not the tour we took. This company changed our tour at the very last minute. There is conflict in the region and there are only a few guides who speak English. Unfortunately they handled this very unprofessionally and told us at the last minute. Plus they repeatedly changed the details which was very frustrating. The tour we ended up taking was only OK. The guide appeared knowledgeable especially if you spoke Spanish.

I wouldn't recommend it to an enemy. - My experience was bad regarding the organization of the trips. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM AND LESS HIRE THEM AGAIN. I was only going to take two excursions. As soon as I got off the plane, they called me to change the date of Humahuaca/Hornocal (scheduled for a Wednesday and they proposed to do it on Friday), even without knowing if I would still be in Salta. They explained to me that it was because they didn't fill the quota. They were lucky that I was still in the city and that I gave them the best vibes. Then I ask that Cafayate be brought forward to me for the day they were leaving me free. With arrogance and insistence they tell me that it is impossible because for that Wednesday the quota was full. I asked them to reconsider it. They told me again that it was not possible. At that moment the conversation became tense and I explained to them that they were transferring a problem from them to me and that I would not accept it unless they returned the money. They told me "not to threaten them", it was a rather clumsy lady who, after telling me that she was going to try, sent me a new message telling me YES, that on Wednesday I could do Cafayate and that the other excursion was scheduled for Friday. Ok: a shame that you have to be strict for something that was obviously possible to solve. On Wednesday, returning from Cafayate, they sent me a message telling me that on Thursday they would look for me at my hotel to do Humahuaca/Hornocal. I reminded them that THEY THEMSELVES had told me that I could only do it on Friday. Reluctantly I accepted, because I didn't want to argue anymore or get any more stressed. I was finally on vacation and the last thing I wanted was to argue again. They explained to me that they had it loaded into the system that way and that what happened on Friday, I repeat requested by them, had been a mistake by the stubborn employee. Punctual when looking for me, when I have to make the transfer from Urquia to Hornocal in a 4x4, I realize that the vehicle for four was overbooked. The driver of the company with which they outsourced the service had loaded two more passengers - a Uruguayan couple - who most likely uploaded on their own without consulting the driver named Noemi. I had to sit in the back of the vehicle, uninhabitable and without windows. Upon return. from Hornocal I decide that I am going to change places since I had also paid (10 days before for all of the trips and that I had expressly requested front seats, which appears in my vouchers) - so I had the right to a better seat. The Uruguayan man who caught the driver was angry and violently insulted me, when I had never spoken to him or spoken a single time. He did it with the connivance of the trout driver. In those cases I usually report the violent person to the police but again I didn't want to ruin my short vacation and I only filed one complaint: 1st scheduling. from Nordic that referred me to commercials. I write the same message both to commercials and to the email through which I made the reservations, I insist that I pay in advance by reserving my places and in none of the three did they send me at least an apology, which was the minimum I was hoping for. Finally, the fact of the matter was that they simply reversed the agreed dates, something that from the beginning would have seemed reasonable to me and within the agreement I made when paying. Not only did I have to eat the insult of a sneaky alpha male passenger (who in addition to telling me to shut up when I heard that he insulted me, but the man doubled the bet and told me to my face: "impolite, Buenos Aires, you refuse to be "To his violence he added the unacceptable act of racism when I had never addressed him, I clarify again... No one from the company apologized for anything. In short: a disaster of organization and zero care towards me who was his passenger, no The Uruguayan man protected by a bribe. I am sorry that this bad review harms the good guide, Ximena, very solid, empathetic and respectful but who clearly threw the ball at the company and never made excuses for anything. If not, I would recommend this company that turned out to be a disaster and that I hired because the Marriott chain, of which I am a member, recommends it. My suggestion: look for another of the many other companies that make regular trips. I added that when I hired them I requested the possibility of a trip. with. fewer people who didn't even bother to budget, denying me that possibility. SO MY SUGGESTION IS: DON'T HIRE THEM. I highlight the good work of the guide and I hope that in the short future he will get a job in a more serious company that also respects his work. Good drivers. The buses: uncomfortable and without a bathroom for 12/14 hour excursions. They were lucky that no one wanted to poop because it could have been even more catastrophic. Not only are they disorganized and clumsy, but they endorsed two crimes: racism and gender violence. Gentlemen: none of this applies. Thank you for being so clumsy again: an apology is typed quickly but not even that. I insist that his clumsiness and arrogance seemed shameful to me. unacceptable.- Lack of manners and I will repeat ad nauseam: organization. Those who consider hiring their services are advised. Thank you for the space to be able to transmit my disastrous experience.

Not very informative - They gave us an excursion to Humahuaca + Hornocal, but they did not explain to us that the tour was divided and without lunch, 3 hours in Hornocal without the option to eat and without knowing that we had to bring food to eat something terrible In addition to the fact that they changed our dates from one day to the next

Not recommend to book via Viator - I CANNOT recommend booking the tour via Viator. It is way too expensive due to the exchange rate applied. We paid double the price than other participants who had paid the tour in ARS which was not an option for us using Viator. In addition, the description of what is included in the tour is not accurate at all.
