Driver very friendly and... - Driver very friendly and helpful. We had a hard time finding the interactive map and where the bus was.

All the sights, none of the driving! - This is the best way to see Salt Lake City. The bus owner, Moe, is also the driver. He is very knowledgable about SLC and it's sights. There is a real time bus map that shows exactly where it is so you can hop back on when you're ready. Very convenient!

Good full route through SLC - Excellent way to see lots os SLC. Friendly guides, cool route. Do it! Stopping often is worth it, the night route pretty too. Do some walking!

Absolutely excellent bus tour - This is an absolutely excellent city bus tour! We actually only signed up because we didn’t want to walk between locations and knew that it would go in a circle so we couldn’t get too lost :-) but we were so surprised by the quality of the tour-absolutely terrific. We had the benefit of two different tour guides as they changed shift and they were both excellent. The first one was a young woman originally from Connecticut and I cannot remember her name but what an enthusiastic tour guide just chock full of unique information. The second one was the founder and CEO “Moe”. And as you would expect he was great. Having had a poor bus tour(Seattle) in the beginning of our multi week trip and a great tour at this point in our multi day trip I reflected on what makes a good tour guide. After you get by the basics such as being able to hear, getting correct info, etc. a great tour guide tells you information you wanted to know but didn’t know enough to ask. These two love their city and their enthusiasm shows and helped us to appreciate the city more than we ever thought we would.

Salt Lake trip 2025 - A great way to see the city in a short period of time and find out what was going on. The driver Mo did a great job of explaining everything and providing insights. Couldn’t have seen the city any other way. Great experience.

Nice to see SLC! - I took the Hop On Hop Off bus in Salt Lake City on Friday, August 29, 2025. I liked this experience because it is so nice to ride in a double-decker bus and have someone telling me about the sights I am seeing. The only thing that happened was that a man and a woman across the aisle from each other kept chatting, which was very distracting while I was trying to listen to the tour guide. Maybe the tour guide can say something about that before the tour begins (don't talk, as it disturbs other people's experience). Thank you!

SLC - We were a little disappointed…the bus was comfortable and Mo was a good narrator. However, it is advertised as a hop on hop off every 45 minutes. First bus at 10 am. We made sure we had a parking place and were at the first stop 15 minutes early. We had a schedule to keep! 10 came and went because another couple was looking for a parking space and they would be there in 10 minutes. We could see empty spaces across the street…that 10 minutes came and went and we still had to wait longer. We got off at the recommended Tony Caputos which was supposed to be great and give out candy samples..one tiny piece was it and the girl was not interested in helping us. The candy she gave us was not good. We also were told the Greek Festival was great so we walked over here. We were looking forward to it, we were NOT told it didn’t open until Noon and the lines were long. We left there and walked somewhere else because we had a schedule to keep. I understand this is a new business but you need to do a little research before recommending places besides the restaurants you have coupons for.
