You’ll come across both well-known and lesser-known sites such as the settlers’ museum, state building, beehive house, lion house, city Tabernacle, LDS headquarters, eagle gate, history conservation centers, lion entrance, the chapel, Temple plaza, and much more.
You’ll learn about the narratives and chronicles of the folks who established their lives here such as Brigham Young, the Indigenous populations, Joseph Smith, Early settlers, and the individuals who shaped this metropolis.
There will be numerous opportunities to halt at locations that don’t charge any entry fees like art centers, a viewing platform, parks, and municipal structures. You’re welcome to step inside, provided you’re visiting during operating hours, but it’s completely optional. The entire tour happens outdoors and can be embarked upon at any time.
