- 1846 S 300 W - Join our immersive course, where you’ll step into our micro lab and take control of one of our nano stills to create and distill your own personalized bottle of gin. Gain insights into our unique approach to gin production while indulging in a couple of delicious gin & tonics.
Craft your custom gin recipe by exploring our diverse selection of citrus, herbal, floral, and spice botanicals, all while receiving expert guidance from our instructors.
During the distillation process, you’ll have the opportunity to sample, bottle, and label your very own creation! As your experience concludes, you’ll leave with the most distinctive gin in the world

Highly recommend!! - We had a really great time at the gin class! The class has a max of 6 spots each session so it feels cozy and fun. There were a ton of botanicals to choose from. I was worried I'd get stuck with all my choices, but Chris was awesome and helped me figure out what to add to get the flavor profile I wanted. Everyone in the class made really different choices, and it was fun to see how it came out for each combination. Since you get to customize, you don't even need to be a big fan of the taste of "traditional" gin to enjoy yourself and make something you will enjoy! As we were distilling, we got to drink gin and tonics (made with their in-house gin offerings-- super good) and have some snacks, too! We also learned some fun gin history and science. Overall it was an amazing time. Everyone was so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I'm already planning on bringing family when they next come in to town. Super highly recommend if you're looking for a fun activity.
