- Region Paisaje / Landscape Region - Next, you’ll take a trip into the lush Cocora Valley and a guided tour of the Wax Palm Forest. This valley is spectacular by itself, but when combined with the forest filled with the tallest wax palms in the world, it becomes an almost spiritual experience. You’ll get to spend a few hours walking through this peaceful zone with more beautiful views in every direction.
- Salento - After you’ve stopped for a wonderful lunch you’ll continue onto a sensational coffee tour. This is one of the best coffee tours in Colombia and so very unique. The reason being the philosophy of this single lady owner. She has created a Finca that is completely pesticide and machinery free. Every part of the entire process is done by hand and with this, you’ll discover the traditional methods of growing the perfect coffee bean. You’ll also get to explore this wonderful Finca and find so much more than just coffee is grown here, such as a large variety of fruits as well. You’ll learn the complete process from the seed to the cup, including handpicking a few beans yourself.

Exciting, comfortable and definitely worth it - We enjoyed our trip with Richard so much! He picked us up on his car right in front of our hotel, and we had a private ride for the whole day. And the day was full of wonders :) We visited Cocora Wax palms Valley (the views are amazing), a waterfall (with two top guides :), we had a delicious pizza for lunch, and after all - coffee tour in a charming farm. Everything was beyond our expectations. Thank you, Richard!

A greatest place to visit around Salento!! - Going to Cocora is just great! Because it´s cheap, it´s beautiful. With the most beautiful mountains in Colombia and fun activities to enjoy. You can walk to the river or ride a hourse : ) If you like to enjoy the beauti of nature or just take a break, this is the best option for you° : )

Beautiful nature of Quindio! - We walked the short loop in the park, which was a magical experience. Our guide Andres told us lots about the history of the region. It was very educative. After Cocora we headed back to Salento for a delicious traditional lunch. We had a wonderful time hearing all insider tips of our guide. Of course after a good meal you take a good cup of coffee. In Finca El Ocaso we made our own cup of coffee. Interesting way to learn about the number 1 drink of the world. We concluded with Tejo. Soon realizing we weren't good at it, but had lots of fun. Trip totally recommended!
