Adventure and mountain day trip for lovers of mountaineering and endemic landscapes with lunch, local guide, insurance policies, entrance fees, snack, tour of the cocora palms, hummingbird circuit tour, tour of the great waterfall.
- Valle de Cocora - This day trip begins with transportation from Salento Quindío to the Cocora Valley, where you begin hiking through the cattle farms to the cloud forest, the forest stream, the 7 crossings through the forest to the hummingbird house (access only with guide, included) where we will have a snack (water panela, coffee or chocolate with cheese) then we return through the mountain of the wax palm, viewpoints, landscapes, photo and artificial areas to the restaurant.
After so much enjoying nothing better than the typical lunch (rice, salad, giant plantains with trout, hogao plus lemonade) if you don’t like fish you can replace it with beef, chicken chop or pork fillet (according to the meat the dish can have variations) for vegetarian people we have soups or grains according to the preparation of the day.
Finally, the route is made with jeep or minivan transport to the lumbre farm (Only access with a guide, included) where the last hike of the day is done through the mountain until you reach a beautiful hidden waterfall of 45 meters
