Great Tour - Guide (Saaed) was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable of the entire town of Salem and it’s history. The extended tour allowed for a detailed encounter.

Saeed is the best! - We really enjoyed the information and ghost stories shared during this tour. It felt like it included many “must-sees” of Salem with tips on what to dive more into. Saeed was extremely friendly and personable, and we enjoyed his personal stories and anecdotes during the tour. We particularly enjoyed seeing both the cemeteries and the old Ward house.
One recommendation we would give would be a voice amplifier such as a wireless microphone to ensure all can hear the guide in more crowded areas.

Good for family - They overbook the tours but our guide Cody still did a very good job and was very knowledgeable.the weather was crappy but the tour still went on

Terrible Scam - The host didn't show- the agency didn't answer the phone- I texted with a bot for a while that apologized for our inconvenience- still waiting for a refund. Book somewhere else this appears to be a scam unless you want to stand around in the dark in salem for a tour that never happens.

Not worth our time. - Tour was cancelled and we were not notified. Viator tried to locate the guide to verify the issue and that took 25 minutes. The meeting place also was wrong. We talked to the person who lived at the address given and he knew nothing about the tour. Big disapointment.
