Great experience - We had the pleasure of joining Teresa for a two-hour sightseeing tour in English, and we can wholeheartedly recommend her. The experience was a perfect blend of exploring Salamanca’s most captivating landmarks—both in the historic city center and along its ancient walls—while immersing ourselves in 2,500 years of rich history. Teresa seamlessly wove historical insights into each stop, making the past come alive with every step.

Excellent, Entertaining and Inspiring Tour by Teresa - Teresa was such an inspiring, superb, inspirational guide! She exceeded all of our expectations and my family and I ended up talking about her tour and Salamanca the rest of our time there. The tour was excellent and Teresa specifically was above and beyond!

MUST-DO TOUR!! - This tour easily exceeded our expectations. Neohmar was a knowledgable guide, who took us to all the main sites in Salamanca. He met us at our hotel, which made it stress-free. He was very conversational and definitely adjusted the tour based on that conversation. As I am a soccer fan, he took us to two shops where the local teams’ gear was sold. He gave us time on our own as well, just enough to make it feel like we were there with a friend and not a guide. Highly recommend this experience!

Beautiful and interesting visit - Teresa is a perfect guide for a casual visit. Knowledgeable enough to share valuable insights and history (and answer questions!), funny and entertaining, yet not trying to impose too much information to keep it light. Like visiting Salamanca with a friend. Thank you for a lovely afternoon.

Our walking tour of... - Our walking tour of Salamanca was one of the highlights of our trip! The University adds such a unique aspect to the culture and history. All the sights were close together and we LOVED our guide! She was friendly, knowledgeable, and knew so much of the history. Highly recommend!

Ariane was very friendly... - Ariane was very friendly and did a good job overall. However, when Viator asks for your preferred language and I select Spanish, I expect to be paired with someone who speaks Spanish as their first language. At times, it was difficult to understand her due to her strong accent. Additionally, it would have been more enriching to have a local guide from Salamanca—someone with deeper, firsthand knowledge of the city's history and culture. Arianne has been in the city for 2 years as a student but she is not from Salamanca.

Nice walk, but no history - Our tour guide was very nice and took us on a nice walk of the city, but it didn’t feel like a professional tour… rather someone walking you around. There are many tours available in Salamanca that offer this for $30-50, but for $300 we expected a professional tour guide who could tell us about this history of the city. Our guide (once again he was very nice) mentioned he had just retired from another job 2 years ago and did this part time, but had no formal education on the city. I would have chosen one of the cheaper tours if I knew it was just going to be a walk without history. Unless you can guarantee a professional guide with this company, please avoid it. The tour was actually 2 stars, but I bumped it up to 2 because the guide was friendly.
