Amazing people with a really enjoyable experience! - Phoenix Divers are an amazing group of people, they will make sure you have a really great and enjoyable time. They are extremely knowledgeable about all the marine life and area. They are more than willing to share that information with you as you dive/snorkel. My wife and I really enjoyed our time with them, and will one day be back for their scuba diving lessons!

Amazing! - Amazing sea life and coral; some of the best I have ever seen! Our host George was the most affable and attentive guide we could ask for. I cannot recommend doing this enough!

Our best snorkel outing for life!! - Just wow... perfect day! Day trip by boat, with 3 different sites for snorkeling. Shark, octopus, squid, rockfish, school of barracudas, turtle, lionfish and a dozen other species of fish of all colors were at the rendezvous, not to mention magnificent corals of course. All in a simply crystal clear water with a visibility of 10 meters deep!! Hats off to our local guide, Anva... nothing can escape him with his Persian eyes! Thanks also to Kathia, also a diving master and a permanent companion in our group. Essential help and boundless kindness!
An extremely efficient and professional crew! We highly recommend this tour, which was most memorable!!

Exciting and beautiful snorkeling at Kho Haa - It was a fantastic tour with very competent guide who was incredible to spot and show us everything that was interesting. In addition to myriads of coral fish, we saw large shark, 2.5-3 m long, murene, squirrels and much more. Some also saw a turtle.
Please note that this is a trip for both divers and snorkelers and that the divers must spend some time preparing before each dive (we visited three locations). Although on this trip we were only two snorkelers we got our own excellent guide and we actually saw at least as exciting things as the divers.-There were about 20 people aboard, most of whom were divers during some form of training.

Get the most out of snorkelling with a Dive boat crew - well worth the extra. - Fantastic day snorkelling with the Phoenix 1 crew and Wanda, Pedro and Reno. Always snorkle with a dive crew as far less snorkellers, better equipment and snorkelling spots, safe and fast boats, fully qualified staff and better snacks!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Snorkeling course – highly recommended!- Sharks seen in Ko Bida - Me and my girlfriend booked a snorkeling course to Ko Bida and were just overwhelmed. The underwater world there is unbelievably beautiful – we have seen several sharks, clownfish, sepia and even pufferfish. A real highlight!
We were accompanied by our diving instructor Sofie, who took an incredible amount of time for us and explained everything calmly and understandably. Thanks to her, we felt safe and in good hands at all times.
Overall, an unforgettable experience that we can only recommend to everyone!

Awesome experience - It was the best, most professionally run excursion we have ever taken. We had a guide to make sure we didn't miss anything. The food was great. We went snorkeling, but there were many divers with us. Best boat on the island. Don't miss this one

Family Snorkel at Ko Haa - We used Phoenix (family of 4) as we wanted to snorkel Ko Haa. We had already done a couple of longtail trips and wanted a faster option. The team are mostly focused on diving, however our day had 6-7 snorkelers and 8-9 divers. Boat trip was fast and comfortable (45mins). First snorkel site was good. However the second site was just brilliant. We had a guide who took the group out around one of the islands and then back into the main snorleking area. The abundance of sealife was amazing. Huge schools of fish, sea snakes, giant eels, dozen and dozens of different fish varieties to look at. Lunch was a simple but tasty lunch box of rice, fried egg, and some stir fry chicken and veg. Plenty of fruit and drinks provided all day. When the divers got to the third spot we were told it wasn't a snorkeling site, however we had been told 3 sites would be covered. So our guide took us out. A very deep location (some might not like it), but as strong swimmers we found it really intresting. Quick trip back and we were off the boat by 3pm, which was great. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a faster option than a longtail boat. Think they also inspired our 16 year olf to consider a dive course in future which was great!.

Not a safe snorkeling experience - Sadly I can’t recommend this trip if you are snorkeling. While we saw beautiful fish and the guides were nice enough there were serious safety concerns that lead me to rate this trip low.
Here are my concerns:
- the top issue was they dropped us off with no life vests and zero instructions and drove the boat away. When we were done snorkeling we couldn’t even see the boat and started yelling for help. When the boat returned the captain was laughing. We weren’t near a beach we were deep in the ocean near a sheer face cliff and it was terrifying. My girlfriend started having a panic attack and rightly so. Safety and clear expectation setting is the most important to us on a trip like this and it was completely lacking.
- this wasn’t a snorkeling only boat. There were ~10 divers and 4 snorkelers. Our issue with this was both the locations they took us were optimal for diving not snorkeling and the time and equipment. We were forced to sit in a small area in the front and wait for the divers to suit up and then down. It was hours of our day.
- the boat was over crowded. I booked this trip because it said there were 6 people max on the website. There were 14 guests and roughly 7 staff so it wasn’t comfortable.
- lunch was pad Thai that was sitting out in the heat from when we left around 8/9am until around 1pm, not on ice they were warm from the sun.
- no one offered us water. They had liters of juice and soda but had to go looking around for bottled water.
- the staff seemed to be travelers passing through working to dive for free not actually professionals. While nice they offered no instructions.
