Not quite as advertised - Chaos & confusion when we got to the pier. Sent us to the wrong desks 3 times for a trip we were not doing. Then once that was sorted, we were told to wait to get on the boat. The guide told us we were with him for the 4 islands tour. He then called us to get on the boat along with everyone else. Then 10 minutes later when there was too many people, they then shouted out a different tour name & so we, along with many others had to get off to join another boat. Got to the other boat for the correct island tour & there was far too many people for the size of the boat. They had to move people up to squash us in. If we'd been given the chance we would have decided not to do the tour. However once they had squashed us on, they were off. We left 45 minutes later than the stated start time. It was a very uncomfortable journey as we were packed in & no room to move. The island trip itself was ok. The first stop there was a lot of jellyfish in the water which put us off getting in. Only had about 20mins at this island. We also didn't have the amount of time on Koh Kraden that was stated on the itinerary (2.5 hrs) & this was a disappointment as we were looking forward to spending some time here. We had stopped to have a snorkel for about 40 mins before we went round to the beach. We then had just under an hour for lunch & a quick cool down. Lunch was nice. The tour guides on the boat were friendly and helpful & we did enjoy the emerald cave. However it is a bit longer than a 100m swim in the dark & I feel they could have had a few more lights. As if you are a weak swimmer or don't like dark enclosed spaces it might be tricky. Worth it tho to come out where you do. Overall it was ok but nothing to rave about which is a disappointment as we were looking forward to this tour. The confusion, late start, cramped boat & lack of time on Koh Kraden were the contributing factors that let it down.
